| Rice is one of the most important grain crops in China and even in the world.n 2019,the world’s total rice production was 498.4 million tons,and China’s total was 146.7 million tons,accounting for 29.8%,ranking first in the world.China is the country with the largest rice cultivation and consumption in the world,and more than half of the population takes rice as the staple food,so rice has a profound impact on our daily production and life.In this experiment,three rice cultivars with different panicle types were selected for comparison to select high-quality and high-yield rice cultivars.,Twelve rice cultivars with different panicle types were used as test materials,they are: Spike weight: Shenyou P10(hybrids),Yangeng927,Shendao653,Shendao527;Both panicle and grain type: Bengal,Beigeng2,Shendao9,Shendao501;Spike number type : Yanfeng47,Hitomebore,Shendao505,Shendao227.The tillering dynamics,plant height dynamics,chlorophyll,stem strength,photosynthetic intensity,yield,yield components of various parts,appearance of rice processing,cooking,taste and nutritional quality of different panicle types were measured and compared comprehensively.The results are as follows:1.The results showed that the correlation between yield traits and yield of different panicle type japonica rice cultivars was different.The seed setting rate of the three panicle type japonica rice cultivars was significantly positive correlated with the yield,indicating that the increase of seed setting rate can significantly improve the yield of these three panicle type japonica rice cultivars,the number of spikelets per panicle also had a significant effect.For the Japonica Rice cultivars with both panicle and kernel and heavy panicle,the yield can be effectively improved by reducing the number of panicles and increasing the number of filled grains.For the japonica rice cultivars with both panicle and kernel and heavy panicle,the yield can be effectively improved by reducing the number of panicles and increasing the number of filled grains.The plant height of heavy panicle japonica rice is slightly higher than that of other panicle type japonica rice cultivars.If the climate conditions are not good,it is easy to lodging.In the future breeding direction,dwarfing can be carried out to reduce the lodging probability.2.The results of this experiment showed that the grain type of panicle type rice cultivars was positively correlated with the food taste value to a significant level,and the white rice rate was positively correlated with the food taste value to a significant level.The white rice rate and the whole white rice rate of panicle-grain japonica rice cultivars were positively correlated with the taste value.The whole grain rice ratio of panicle heavy japonica rice cultivars was positively correlated with the taste valueand reached a significant level,while the chalkiness degree and chalkiness grain ratio were negatively correlated with the taste value.These three ear types indicate that the taste value is closely related to the appearance quality,and the better the appearance quality is,the higher the taste value will be.The food taste values of different panicle types were correlated with different quality traits,which may be caused by the genetic differences of the cultivars themselves.3.From the analysis of the three Panicle Types in this experiment,although some yield and quality traits of the three panicle type japonica rice cultivars were notoutst anding,they were the better among the three panicle type Japonica Rice cultivars on the whole,and were more suitable for continuous planting in Liaoning Province.The yield and quality of Shendao 9 is outstanding,so it can be planted in Liaoning Province.In the future research,we can continue to study the planting situation of this variety in other areas. |
