In recent years,potted Chrysanthemum polycephalus has been widely used because of its advantages such as plump plant type,large amount of flowers,long flowering period and various application methods.In this experiment,five pot varieties of Chrysanthemum multiheaded were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different plant growth regulators on the bud induction and subgeneration proliferation of Chrysanthemum tuft,and to establish the propagation system of non-rooting tissue culture seedlings,and to carry out the mother plant cultivation.Five cuttings were collected to compare the degree of lignification and rooting ability of cuttings in different periods.At the same time,dwarf experiments were carried out to analyze the effects of plant growth retarder on the growth and physiology of potted chrysanthemum.Finally,the ornamental characters of flowers formed by different algebras were comprehensively evaluated to determine the best heading algebras for each variety,so as to establish an efficient cultivation system for potted seedlings of potted Chrysanthemum multiheaded.The main research results are as follows:1.Establishmented of propagation system for nonrooting tissue culture seedlings of potted Chrysanthemum multiheaded.(1)The optimal medium for the bud induction of the five pot plants of Chrysanthemum multiheaded was:’Yellow Strawberry’,’Citrine’:MS+0.7mg/LNAA+0.5mg/L 6-BA;’Huan sha’,’Small sawtooth’:MS+0.3mg/LNAA+1.5mg/L 6-BA;’A girl’s Heart’:MS+0.5mg/LNAA+1.Omg/L 6-BA.The optimal subculture media were as follows:’Yellow Strawberry’ and ’Huan sha’:MS+0.4mg/LNAA+0.5mg/L 6-BA;’Small sawtooth’ and ’Citrine’:MS+0.2mg/LNAA+0.5mg/L 6-BA;’A girl’s heart’:MS+0.2mg/LNAA+1.0mg/L 6-BA.(2)5 tissue culture seedlings of potted Chrysanthemum multiheaded were subcultured for 30 days and then transplanted out of bottle.Seedling stage,’Huan sha’ grew well;’Small sawtooth’ grew weaker;There was no significant difference in internode number among the five cultivars.The period during adopt ear:’Small sawtooth’ grew well,the number of internodes was the most and the number of lateral branches was the least.’A girl’s heart’ has the least number of internodes and the most number of lateral branches.The amount of head picking of the mother plant increased with the increase of head picking algebra,and reached the maximum at the third generation,but decreased after the fourth generation.(3)The degree of lignification of cuttings increased and the rooting ability decreased with the increase of the mother plant’s ear picking algebra.Among them,’Huan sha’,’A girl’s heart’ fourth generation of cuttings and ’Yellow Strawberry’,’Small sawtooth’,’Citrine’ fifth generation cuttings of cellulose and lignin content increased dramatically,namely ’Huan sha’,’A girl’s heart’ best ear algebra for three generations,’Yellow Strawberry’,’Small sawtooth’,’Citrine’ best ear algebra for four generations.2.Effects of plant growth retarder on ornamental characteristics and physiological indexes of chrysanthemum.(1)The inhibitory effects of plant growth retarder on plant height,internode length and floral neck length,as well as the promoting effects on corolla diameter and flower number of potted Chrysanthemum polycephalus were decreased with the increase of ear gathering algebra.Among them,’Huan sha’ has the best dwarfing effect.(2)Plant growth retarder can improve the photosynthetic efficiency and stress resistance of potted Chrysanthemum polycephalus,but with the increase of ear gathering algebra,the photosynthetic efficiency of potted Chrysanthemum polycephalus decreased gradually,and the activities of SOD and POD decreased with the increase of ear gathering algebra,while the content of proline was contrary.The more times of ear picking,the more likely the accumulation of growth-inhibiting substances in the plant,thus affecting the ornamental quality of chrysanthemum.3.Effect of ornamental miniaturization in pot culture of Chrysanthemum multicephalum.The flower miniaturization effect of multi-headed chrysanthemum ’Yellow strawberry’,’Small sawtooth’,’Citrine’ varieties 1~4,’Huan sha’ and’A girl’s heart’ varieties 1~3 generations was the best. |
