This study takes wild Anoectochilus roxburghii plants in Nanjing of Fujian as explants a body to carry on a cluster to living bud induction, divide after the generation development, root induction...etc. to experiment, particularly studies simplification culture media composition, excellent turn the category of hormone and go together with ratio and density, and the transplantation and cultivation technique of Anoectochilus roxburghii is carried on improvement and innovation, summary and build up a set of feat and large-scale, the factory turn the Anoectochilus roxburghii of production to quickly breed system.The usage is handing over to experiment a design method, take the main composition plant hormone(6-BA、NAA and IBA), saccharose, inositol and activated carbon (mainly used for root induction to experiment) in the culture media as a main factor, adopt 3 factors 3 the levels are 9 combinations of processings, study each factor and level propagate to the Anoectochilus roxburghii bud, young sprout develops and root the influence of born three key stageses, carry on the sieving of the most suitable culture media at the same time. Experimen result shows that:The appropriate medium for that the Anoectochilus roxburghii bud propagates is:MS (Clean inositol)+ZnSO4·7H2O 6 mg/L+KH2PO4180 mg/L+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L+2% saccharose; The appropriate medium for Anoectochilus roxburghii young sprout culture is:MS (Clean inositol)+ZnSO4·7H2O 6 mg/L+KH2PO4180 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+2% saccharose; The appropriate rooting medium is:1/2 MS +ZnSO4·7H2O6 mg/L+KH2PO4180 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L+1% saccharose+0.1% activated carbon. Clean inositol carries on bud to propagate to the Anoectochilus roxburghii, the young sprout develop to experiment to achieve success, therefore, save in the tissue culture in the Anoectochilus roxburghii set inositol, reduce production cost, raise economic efficiency.The design method of usage completely random block set, inquires into the cultivation (water culture method and traditional soil culture method) of different radicle quality and different nourishment liquid set cent of make with each other, The result demonstrates that:If we adopt the nourishment water culture in the cultivation, the growth condition of Anoectochilus roxburghii plant is superior to soil culture, while the result would be better if flowing nourishment liquid cultivation method is adopted.
