| With the expansion of planting area of Ziziphus jujuba Mill cv.’Lingwuchangzao’,farmers lack of correct understanding and reasonable guidance for the fertilization of the plantation at this stage,the nutrition in the plantation is unbalanced,the fertilizer is applied too much or too little,and the supply capacity of the soil itself is ignored,which to the decline of fruit quality and economic benefits.In order to ensure the yield and quality of `Lingwuchangzao’,to understand the Regular of nutrient demand of the tree,and to master the absorption of Nitrogen,Phosphorus,Potassium,Calcium,Magnesium,Iron,Manganese and other nutrient elements in every growth stage of each organ.This study based on the field investigation of ’Lingwuchangzao’ plantation in Ningxia University experimental farm,the whole plant sampling method were used to analyze the dry matter accumulation in every growth period of the tree,the dynamic changes of Nutrition elements in every growth period of each organ and their accumulation characteristics,and to carry out the research on the reasonable fertilization technology of ’Lingwuchangzao’,to explore the demand regular of ’Lingwuchangzao’,and then combined with the soil nutrient supplying capacity.The main results are as follows:1.In ’Lingwuchangzao’ plantation of Ningxia University experimental farm,major elements were mainly distributed in 0-20 cm soil layer,medium elements were mainly distributed in 20-80 cm soil layer,and trace elements were mainly distributed in 60-80 cm soil layer.2.The accumulation of dry matter in different stages of fruit development increased first and then decreased.The order of accumulation was as follows:Expansion stage>Young fruit stage>Color changing stage>Mature stage.The accumulation of dry matter was 0.747 kg/plant,0.875 kg/plant,0.615 kg/plant and 0.366 kg/plant respectively.The accumulation of dry matter in the whole growth period was 2.604 kg/plant.3.The contents of N,K,Ca and Zn in the leaves of ’Lingwuchangzao’ increased firstly and then decreased in different growth stages,the contents of P,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and B decreased firstly and then increased and then decreased.The contents of N,P,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,Cu and B in the trunk showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the contents of zinc showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,K content in the whole growth period has been in a downward trend.The contents of N,P,K,Ca Mg Mn,Fe and Cu in lateral branches decreased and then increased,while the contents of Zn increased from flowering to maturity,and the contents of B decreased and then increased.The contents of P,K,Ca and Zn in the roots showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the contents of Mg,Fe,Mn and Cu decreased and then increased and then decreased,and the contents of N increased during the whole growth period,the content of B remained unchanged from anthesis to maturity.The contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Mn and Zn in fruits showed a decreasing trend,while the contents of Fe and Cu showed a decreasing and then decreasing trend,and the contents of B showed a decreasing and then increasing process.4.The accumulation of N,P,K,Ca,Mn,Cu and B in ’Lingwuchangzao’ increased first and then decreased.The accumulation of each element was 35.099 g/plant,3.035 g/plant,18.242 g/plant,1.541 g/plant,33.060 mg/plant,8.561 mg/plant and 500.325 mg/plant respectively.During the whole growth period,the accumulation of magnesium and iron in‘Lingwuchangzao’ showed a decreasing trend,accumulating 2.949 g/plant and 374.758 mg/plant respectively.Zinc accumulation was stable in the early stage and decreased in the late stage,with a total accumulation of 30.089 mg/plant.5.When the average yield was 2658.25 kg/hm-2,in the Young fruit stage,15.42 g/plant of nitrogen fertilizer,141.83 mg/plant of boron fertilizer,24.53 mg/plant of manganese fertilizer and 301.25 mg/plant of iron fertilizer were needed.In the Expanding stage,25.61 g/plant of nitrogen fertilizer,1.23 g/plant of Phosphorus,242.68 mg/plant of boron fertilizer,27.83mg/plant of manganese fertilizer and 220.3 mg/plant of iron fertilizer were needed.In the color changing period,nitrogen fertilizer 13.27 g/plant,boron fertilizer 104.31 mg/plant,manganese fertilizer 16.4 mg/plant and iron fertilizer 97.18 mg/plant were needed.In the Mature stage,nitrogen fertilizer 6.03 mg/plant,manganese fertilizer 7.12 mg/plant and iron fertilizer 48.52 mg/plant were needed.In total,2.05 kg·hm-2 Phosphorus,100.16 kg·hm-2 nitrogen fertilizer,789.26 g·hm-2 boron fertilizer,500.08 g·hm-2 manganese fertilizer and 1107.66 g·hm-2 iron fertilizer are needed per hectare. |
