| In this study,the parents of Xuzhou 142,Xi 9,Xinhai 16 and TM-1 were used as parents to get the generations.Xinhai 16 is island cotton,which has good fiber quality but low yield.The mutant of Xuzhou142 was lint free and fiber free,TM-1:as a genetic standard line of upland cotton.Xi 9:upland cotton and has high yield.The experiment screened out excellent combination and excellent single plant through genetic analysis of yield and quality characters among generations after hybridization,which provided theoretical basis for early genetic breeding of stable characters.The results showed that the number of bolls and effective bolls and single boll weight were higher in yield traits of F2 and BC1F1 groups,and less affected by environment.The variation of clone value of horse was large in quality traits,and the length and specific strength were significantly related to it,and were less affected by environment.The number of bolls,effective bolls,single boll weight,length and specific strength can be used as stable characters for early breeding selection.There are 45 single plants with high yield and good quality were screened out in 18populations of each generation by screening and comparison.The results of the study are as follows:1.The variation coefficient of boll number and effective boll number and single boll weight in F2population is higher,and the number of bolls and effective bolls and heavy load of single bell are also higher in the first principal component with the highest contribution rate.The results are consistent.It has higher heritability.The results show that the three personality patterns are less affected by rings.In BC1F1,the variation coefficient of boll number and effective boll number is higher than that of the first principal component with the highest contribution rate.The heritability of these two characters is higher,which indicates that the environment has little influence on them.Therefore,the number of bolls and effective bolls can be regarded as the stable characters of early yield traits selection.2.The variation coefficient of clone value of horse was the largest in F2 and BC1F1population,and the clone value was negatively correlated with length,uniformity and specific strength.The load number of length is higher in the principal component analysis.The length and the uniformity were significantly or negatively correlated.In most combinations,the heritability of specific strength was the largest,and the heritability of clone value was the smallest.The specific strength and length can be used as the stable characters for early quality selection of single plant.But the variation range of quality traits is smaller than that of yield characters.3.Through descriptive statistical analysis,principal component analysis,correlation analysis andheritability comparison,the results show that the variation coefficient of each character is greater,the difference between characters is more obvious and the heritability is greater.It shows that the variation of its characters is greater and less affected by environment.It is more suitable for the selection of breeding materials with high yield and good quality.4.According to the definition of high quality cotton,the paper selects three combinations which meet the high-yield characters and 3 combinations of high quality according to《The definition of high-quality cotton》,and selects 45 single plants which meet the high quality and yield. |
