| In this paper,Phyllostachys edulis was taken as the research object,and the off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy(OA-ICOS)technology was used to analyze the characteristics of high concentration accumulation of CO2in Ph.edulis from the perspective of temporal and spatial changes.The time includes the daily and seasonal changes of CO2concentration in Ph.edulis.The difference of CO2concentration in Ph.edulis under different combinations of the age and height was measured in space.The experiment was carried out by comparing the CO2concentration changes of different height and different age.The ecological factors such as temperature,relative humidity and rainfall were measured simultaneously,so as to explore the change regular and main influencing factors of CO2high concentration accumulation in Ph.edulis.Experts and scholars should make comprehensive use of the existing methods and innovate them,so as to further understand the change rule of CO2high concentration accumulation in Ph.edulis,and provide basis for further understanding the carbon sequestration law of Ph.edulis.The main results are as follows:(1)The CO2concentration in Ph.edulis is very high,which is 10 times or even dozens of times higher than that in atmosphere.(2)Daily variation characteristics:the daily variation regular of CO2concentration in Ph.edulis is that the concentration value in the morning is low,and it changes regularly with the change of temperature and relative humidity in a day,reaching the peak value of a day from afternoon to evening.Seasonal variation characteristics:the CO2concentration in Ph.edulis changes with the seasons,and its seasonal distribution characteristics are autumn>spring>winter>summer.(3)The change of CO2concentration in Ph.edulis is mainly affected by the change of relative humidity,temperature,rainfall and other meteorological factors.In spring and summer,the CO2concentration in Ph.edulis decreased with the increase of temperature and increased with the increase of relative humidity;in autumn and winter,the CO2concentration in Ph.edulis increased with the increase of temperature and decreased with the increase of relative humidity.The CO2concentration in Ph.edulis is also affected by rainfall.(4)The CO2concentration in Ph.edulis of different ages is different,and the regular is:Biennial,six-year and four-year. |
