| In order to reveal the distribution characteristics of Phyllostachys edulis Pachyloen’parts’ endogenous hormone during bamboo shoots developing process,and to explore the dynamic changes pattern of endogenous hormones in bamboo leaves,bamboo shoots and other different organs during different growth and development periods.Different organs samples of maternal bamboo,bamboo rhizome and bamboo shoots were collected in bamboo shoots sprouts,shoots rapidly growing and new bamboo formation period.We applied Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)test to measure the contents of Indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),gibberellin(GA),Zeatin riboside(ZR),abscisic acid(ABA)and analyzed the endogenous hormones distribution characteristics and dynamic changes in different bamboo systems and different organs during bamboo growth periods.The result showed that during maternal bamboo,bamboo rhizome and bamboo shoots systems ABA contents were significantly higher in the bamboo shoots during bamboo shoot sprouts period,while the contents of GA and ZR were significantly lower,and IAA contents was not significantly different in the three systems.During bamboo shoot rapidly growing period,the contents of IAA in maternal bamboo was significantly higher than that in bamboo rhizomes and bamboo shoots,the contents of ZR was significantly higher than that of bamboo rhizomes,the contents of GA was significantly higher than that of bamboo shoots.During new bamboo formation period,the contents of ABA in bamboo was significantly higher than that of bamboo rhizomes,and the differences of other hormones contents were not significant.There were also significant differences in the contents of endogenous hormones between different organs of maternal bamboo,bamboo rhizomes and bamboo shoots.During bamboo shoots developing process,the contents of endogenous hormones in maternal bamboo,bamboo rhizomes and bamboo shoots systems changed significantly,and the changing patterns were different.The promotion hormones IAA,GA and ZR contents in maternal bamboo showed parabolic trend,which increased first and then decreased;while hormone-inhibition ABA contents gradually decreased.In the bamboo rhizome system,IAA and ABA contents decreased first and then increased,GA contents decreased first and then changed to be steady,ZR contents was relatively stable.In bamboo shoots,IAA,GA and ABA gradually reduced,ZR contents was relatively stable.The endogenous hormones contents and the dynamic changes of different organs in same system were different.The same endogenous hormones also had different contents and dynamic changes in different organs or growth stages.The contents of endogenous hormones were significantly different in different organs of young bamboo,the same endogenous hormones were different in different organs and different breeding methods.The order of promoting hormone contentsperformed that transplanted mother bamboo > buried rhizoma breeding > rhizome off breeding.There were no significant differences in ABA contents in young bamboo which germinated by three breeding methods respectively.The response of young bamboo endogenous hormone to three breeding methods had some degree of difference.ZR was the most sensitive one to breeding method,followed by GA,while IAA and ABA were relatively insensitive.In conclusion,the contents of ABA in the bamboo were relatively high,followed by IAA,and the contents of GA and ZR were relatively low.Moreover,there were significant differences in the endogenous hormones contents in systems of bamboo rhizomes,maternal bamboo,bamboo shoot and other different organs,the dynamic changes pattern during bamboo shoots developing process were different. |
