The Research On Management Type Organization And Management Technology Of Scenic Forest In Hongjiang District State-owned Forest Farmm

The Hongjiang District State-owned Forest Farm is located in Hongjiang District,Huaihua City,Hunan Province,and is connected to the urban area.The forest resources are distributed on both banks of the Yuanjiang River.The main jurisdiction is included in the Songyun Mountain National Forest Park,which has important ecological and landscape values.In this study,through a field survey of 189 scenic forest subgroups in the state-owned forest farm in Hongjiang District,the structural characteristics and problems in operation and management were analyzed;a comprehensive quality evaluation system was constructed using factor analysis,and scenic forest quality grade was divided according to the evaluation results;Then,the visual sensitivity analysis was carried out using spatial horizon analysis technology,and the analysis results were superimposed with the forest stand quality and forestry thematic map to organize the management type;finally,the regression analysis method was used to construct the bamboo forest ecology Threshold estimation model to explore the suitable amount of bamboo forests.Under the premise of clear management types and bamboo forest management scales,technical measures for landscape forest management are designed to provide a basis for scientifically compiling the forest management plan of the state-owned forest farm in Hongjiang District,and also provides technical reference for the healthy management of forests according to local conditions and the improvement of the comprehensive benefits of forest stands.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)There is still much room for improvement in the forest stand structure of scenic forests in the study area,and the problem of bamboo expansion is the most prominent.(2)According to the comprehensive index of scenic forest quality,scenic forests are equally divided into three quality grades.Among them,scenic forests with a quality grade of "poor" account for 6.82%,and scenic forests with "normal" quality account for 51.91%.The proportion of "good" scenic forests is 41.26%.(3)The study area is divided into high visual sensitivity area,general visual sensitivity area and low visual sensitivity area according to visual sensitivity.A total of 9 business types are organized through overlay analysis.(4)Estimating the ecological threshold from the two aspects of ecological service value and landscape pattern,it is concluded that the suitable bamboo forest in the study area is(64.53,68.57)&(81.47,86.89)hectares.At this stage,the management of bamboo forests should be based on management and control.It is advisable to maintain the current scale.(5)Based on the type of management,four types of management measures were designed for management and protection,conservation,tending,and quality improvement,including management and protection,logging restriction,bamboo forest management and control,tending,renovation,harvesting,replanting,mixed forest construction,and pests.9 major management technical measures such as prevention and treatment.In addition to necessary management and protection measures,through the adjustment and combination of other technical measures,different levels of management measures are adopted for scenic forests of different quality according to the visual sensitivity,and special effects core landscapes are created in scenic forest areas with high visual sensitivity.Build a transition zone of enhanced landscape in scenic forest areas with average degrees,and create a supplementary landscape background in scenic forest areas with low visual sensitivity,in order to achieve the purpose of maintaining quality,improving quality,and improving the quality of scenic forest management.
