This study took Jingbai No.1 layer in the late stage of laying hens as the research object, and added different levels of α-lauric monoglyceride(α-GML)to the corn-soybean meal type diet to study its performance on laying hens. The four aspects of immune function, liver health, and intestinal health provide a theoretical basis for the application of α-GML in layer production. In the experiment,432 63-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 4 replicates in each group and 27 chickens in each replicate. The control group was fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet, and the experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were supplemented with 200,400,and 800 mg/Kg α-GML on the basis of the control group, respectively. The pre-feeding period is 2 weeks, and the test period is 8 weeks.During the test, feed regularly and quantitatively every day, pick eggs regularly, and record the total number of eggs, the number of qualified eggs, and the total egg weight of each group according to the unit of repetition;and after the end of the test,12 chickens from each group are randomly selected for slaughter, liver,Serum and other samples were tested for immunology-related indicators, liver health-related indicators, and intestinal health-related indicators. The main test results are as follows:1.Production performance indicators:Compared with the control group, the egg production rate of the three experimental groups has a tendency to increase(P>0.05),and the feed-to-egg ratio has a tendency to decrease(P>0.05).The protein height and Hastelloy unit of the three test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the egg yolk color of the three test groups was higher than that of the control group, and the test group III reached a significant level(P<0.05).The crude protein and crude fat digestibility of the three test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the qualified egg rate, defective egg rate, eggshell strength, eggshell thickness, dry matter digestibility, crude fiber digestibility, and crude ash digestibility of the three test groups were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05)).2.Immune function related indexes:IL-2 and IFN-y of the three test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),Compared with the control group, the spleen index of the three test groups tended to increase(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the IL-4,IgA,IgM,and IgG of the three test groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).3.Liver health related indicators:T-AOCs of the three test groups are higher than those of the control group.Among them, the test group I reaches a significant level(P<0.05),and the SOD and CAT of the three test groups are significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The A/G of the three test groups were higher than those of the control group, and the test groupsⅡ and Ⅲ reached significant levels(P<0.05).The TChol and TG of the three experimental groups were lower than those of the control group, and the TChol and TG of the experimental groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ reached significant levels(P<0.05).The HDL-C of the three test groups was higher than that of the control group, and the test group I reached a significant level(P<0.05);the LDL-C of the three test groups were all lower than the control group, and the test groups I and Ⅱ reached a significant level.Significant level(P<0,05).The expression of PPARa gene in the three experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the expression of LXRa gene was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the expression of SREBP-lc gene was all lower than that of the control group. The test groupsⅡ and Ⅲ reached a significant level(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the liver index and abdominal fat index of the three test groups tended to decrease(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the GSH-PX,MDA,TP,Alb,Glob,ALT,AST,TBil,DBil,IBil,and serum AKP of the three test groups were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).4.Intestinal health-related indicators:The jejunum and ileum tortoise hidden ratios of the three test groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The sIgA of the three test groups was higher than that of the control group, and the test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲreached significant levels(P<0.05).The Simpson index of the intestinal flora of the three test groups was higher than that of the control group, and the Shannon index was lower than that of the control group. The Lactobacillus,Riken, and Bacteroides of the three test groups were higher than those of the control group, while the Rumenococcus were lower than the control group:Compared with the control group, the duodenal tortoise ratio, intestinal mucosa AKP,and DAO of the three test groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences between the three test groups and the Firmicutes,Bacteroides,Desulfuration, and Bacillus in the structure of the intestinal flora(P>0.05).Based on the above test results,we believe that:①addition of α-GML can increase the laying rate of laying hens;increase the protein height,Hastelloy unit, and yolk color of eggs;increase the apparent digestibility of feed crude protein and crude fat, thereby increasing the egg Chicken production performance.②Adding α-GML can increase the content of IL-2 and IFN-y in the serum of laying hens, and improve the immune function of laying hens.③Addingα-GML can increase the level of liver antioxidants in laying hens and improve liver health;increase serum HDL-C in laying hens, reduce serum TG,TChol,LDL-C,increase liver PPARαgene expression, and reduce liver LXRα,SREBP-The expression of lc gene can regulate liver lipid metabolism;④The addition of α-GML can improve intestinal morphology and maintain the integrity of the intestinal barrier;regulate the structure of intestinal flora and increase the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria in intestinal microbes.
