In order to explore the effect of nitrogen and potassium combined with Topdressing on the yield and quality of the second,third and fourth stubble of honeysuckle,and to study the appropriate dosage and proportion,in order to improve the yield and medicinal components content of the second,third and fourth stubble of honeysuckle,and narrow the gap between them and the first stubble of honeysuckle.In this experiment,the three-yearold honeysuckle of Julu No.1 in jijiazhai village,Julu County,Xingtai City,Hebei Province was used as material to carry out the experiment of nitrogen and potassium combined with topdressing.The main results are as followsThe results showed that:1.The highest yield of honeysuckle was 32.78 g/plant under the condition of Topdressing Urea 32 g/plant and no potassium fertilizer;The yield of three stubble flowers was the second in top dressing treatment,which was 31.92g/plant;The highest yield was 51.21 g/plant;The total yield of honeysuckle in 234 stubble was the highest,175.5g/plant,24.4%higher than the control.Under the condition of top dressing,the 100 bud weight of the second crop of honeysuckle was the highest.which was 9.93g/100:87g/plant;The highest 100 bud weight was 10.99g/plant.Under the condition of top dressing,the content of nitrogen in buds and leaves of Lonicera japonica was the highest.2.The contents of N,P.K,Ca and Mg in the buds and leaves of Lonicera japonica were determined.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the contents of N and K in the soil and the contents of N and K in the buds and leaves of Lonicera japonica,but there was significant correlation between the contents of N in the buds and leaves and the yield and 100 bud weight of Lonicera japonica.3.In all topdressing treatments,the total contents of neochlorogenic acid.chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A.isochlorogenic acid B.isochlorogenic acid C.luteolin and coffee section in honeysuckle buds were the highest when the topdressing amount was 63/plant urea and 25/plant potassium sulfate.and the total contents of neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A in honeysuckle buds decreased by 0.76%,2.41%and 2.41%compared with the control 5.94%;The contents of cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid C,caffeic acid and luteolin increased by 15.04%,10.67%,16,01%.34.21%and 13.32%compared with the control.4.The content of luteolin in the leaves of Lonicera japonica was 2.56 times of that in the flowers.When only topdressing with potassium fertilizer was applied,the content of neochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,Iuteolin,isochlorogenic acid B and isochlorogenic acid A in the leaves of Lonicera japonica was the highest,increased by 51.08%,68.29%,58.23%,24.60%and 52.49%respectively.5.Honeysuckle as a kind of flower medicine,when selecting the best topdressing treatment scheme,its yield and the content of medicinal components should be comprehensively considered.Principal component analysis showed that when the ratio of urea 63g/plant and potassium sulfate 25g/plant was 1:0.4.the yield of honeysuckle would not be the lowest,and the content of medicinal components of honeysuckle would reach the highest.Under the condition of top dressing:The difference between the yield of second and first crop of honeysuckle was reduced by 8.86%;The difference between 100 bud weight and one stubble flower was reduced by 6.9%;The content of neochlorogenic acid in flower bud increased by 16.78%compared with that in one stubble;The content of chlorogenic acid increased by 9.13%compared with that of one crop;The content of cryptochlorogenic acid was 29.57%higher than that of the first flower;The content of isochlorogenic acid A was 7.94%higher than that of the first flower,The content of isochlorogenic acid B was 34.38%higher than that of the first flower;The content of isochlorogenic acid C increased by 50%compared with that of the first flower;The content of caffeic acid was 82.32%higher than that of one crop;The difference between the content of luteolin and that of one stubble flower decreased from 17.07%to 13.19%.The yield of honeysuckle was 31.40g/plant in three stubble,4.53%higher than that of the control,and the gap between the yield of honeysuckle and that of one stubble was reduced by 2.31%;The content of neochlorogenic acid in flower bud increased by 47.37%compared with that in one stubble flower:The content of chlorogenic acid increased by 21.9%compared with that of one crop;The content of cryptochlorogenic acid was 70.00%higher than that of the first flower:The content of isochlorogenic acid A was 35.41%higher than that of the first flower;The content of isochlorogenic acid B increased by 50.00%compared with that of the first flower;The content of isochlorogenic acid C was 128.79%higher than that of the first flower:The content of caffeic acid increased by 68.75%compared with that of one crop;The content of Iuteolin was 38.89%higher than that of the first flower.The difference between the yield of four crops and that of one crop of honeysuckle was reduced by 20.65%;The difference between 100 bud weight and one stubble flower was reduced by 17.44%,but the difference of traditional Chinese medicine component content in flower bud was larger than that in one stubble flower.6.The amount of urea 63g/plant and potassium sulfate 25g/plant are recommended in the production of Lonicera japonica Thunb.The application of urea 63g/plant and potassium sulfate 25g/plant in the soil at the end of the first,second and third crop of Honeysuckle.Can not reduce the yield of the second,third and fourth crop of Honeysuckle.At the same time,make the content of medicinal components of Honeysuckle.Reach the best.
