| Stable indoor propagation of A.chinensis is an important premise for promoting the commercialization of natural enemies.attacks and preys on larger insects through the beneficial mechanism of extracorporeal digestion. With strong predation ability and pest control potential,A.chinensis has become a powerful natural enemy for biological control of pests in agriculture and forestry. At present, the digestive enzymes activity related research of A.chinensis has not reported,in this study, through the determination of different temperature, different age, different ways of food processing, the determination of A.chinensis of trypsin, lipase, chymotrypsin and trehalase activity change,in order to get A.chinensis under different processing the suitable temperature of main digestive enzymes, digestive enzyme activity at different ages and feeding the physiological and biochemical data such as digestive enzyme activity changes after food. The main research results are as follows:1.A.chinensis is a typical stinging and sucking oral organ composed of upper lip, beak and oral needle tract. The beak is composed of four joints, and the bread is bound with a bundle of mouth needles; The oral needle bundle is slender and silky, similar in length to the beak. The salivary glands of A.chinensis consist of a pair of principal salivary glands and a pair of accessory salivary glands and a pair of accessory salivary glands and a pair of accessory salivary glands and a pair of accessory salivary glands. The principal glands are divided into anterior lobes and posterior lobes and are transparent. The digestive tract of A.chinensis: It starts from the esophagus, and is closely connected to the midgut with the lower part of the crop, which is tubular and strong and can be divided into three parts, namely, the first, second, and third parts of the midgut. The color of A.chinensis is usually associated with prey feeding. The hind intestine, which is connected to the midgut,is short and opens at the end of the anus.2.Through different raising temperature process found A.chinensis of digestive enzymes activity and weight gain maximum temperature of 26 ℃,is also A.chinensis optimum growth temperature, intestinal in terms of the salivary glands and has strong activity of digestive enzymes, the temperature as well as enzyme activity presents the highest temperature, the most significant difference is two parts of the temperature. The digestive enzyme activities and body weight gain of A.chinensis increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of temperature. The present study also found that weight gain of stinkbug was significantly correlated with trypsin, moderately correlated with lipase and chymotrypsin, and weakly correlated with trehalase. At 26℃,the instantaneous attack rate, the shortest processing time and the maximum daily predation amount are the highest. With the change of temperature, the data of predation functional response showed a similar trend to the change of digestive enzyme activity.3.With the increase of instar, the activities of four digestive enzymes in A.chinensis were different. The trypsin activity in the 3rd and 4th instar nymphs was significantly higher than that in the male and female adults, and the trypsin activity in salivary glands was significantly higher than that in the midgut. The lipase activity of the 4th and 5th instar nymphs was significantly higher than that of the other stages, and the enzyme activity of the salivary glands was significantly higher than that of the midgut at the other four growth stages except the 3rd instar. The activities of chymotrypsin and trehalase in female adults were significantly higher than those in other stages, but there was no significant difference between salivary glands and midgut. The weight gain of female adults was significantly higher than that of other forms. The fifth instar nymphs have the highest instantaneous attack rate, shortest processing time and maximum daily predation, followed by female adults of A.chinensis.There was no significant correlation between predation functional response data and the changes of digestive enzyme activities with the increase of age.4.The results showed that the activities of trypsin and lipase in A.chinensis group and the omnivore group remained stable at medium to high level, while chymotrypsin concentration in midgut was low in A.chinensis omnivore group. The enzyme activities of M.separata group and P.maculicollis group were similar, showing that the trypsin and lipase activities in salivary glands were significantly lower than those in midgut, which was different from those in CK group.T.molitor group of A.chinensis trypsin and trehalose concentration of enzyme activity was significantly lower than other groups, and concentration of lipase activity was significantly higher than that of other groups, this may be related to yellow powder insect body protein, fat and trehalose content, can this is a train of thought, analyze the prey insect body nutrition ingredients, trying to find out the caterpillar bugs digestive enzyme activity change and the connection between the food ingredients, provide more basis for artificial diet nutrition proportion. |
