| In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have done much research in sturgeons’ digestive enzymes,mainly including activity distribution of sturgeon digestive enzymes,digestive enzymes’ performance and influences in tissues and organs during the juvenile period.However,studies on the impact of temperature on the sturgeon and reciprocal cross larval activity of the enzyme is relatively few This thesis is concerned about the impact of temperature on Siberian sturgeon and Amur sturgeon and cross and reciprocal cross larvae protease activity and amylase activity,at(12 ± 0.5)℃,(15 ± 0.5)℃,(18 ± 0.5)℃,(21 ± 0.5)℃,(24 ± 0.5)℃,(27 ± 0.5)℃,to achieve the optimum temperature at which Amur sturgeon and Siberian sturgeon larvae reciprocal hybrids protease and amylase perform high-actively in different temperature control process and to provide theoretical support for the later survival,growth,reproduction.The results showed that: Siberian sturgeon protease activity is highest at 21 ℃,Siberian sturgeon and Amur sturgeon hybrid sturgeon(Siberian sturgeon(♀)× Amur sturgeon(♂))protease activity highest at 12 ℃ and 27 ℃,Amur sturgeon protease activity highest at 24℃,Amur sturgeon and Siberian sturgeon hybrid sturgeon(Amur sturgeon(♀)× Siberian sturgeon(♂))larvae Protease activity highest at 12 ℃;Siberian sturgeon amylase activity highest at 27 ℃and lowest at 24 ℃,Siberian sturgeon and Amur sturgeon hybrid sturgeon(Siberian sturgeon(♀)× Amur sturgeon(♂))larvae amylase activity highest at 12 ℃ while lowest 24 ℃,which showing that amylase activity of Siberian sturgeon and larvae(hybrid sturgeon of Siberian sturgeon and Amur sturgeon’s)digest carbohydrate at 24 ℃ is low.Amur sturgeon in amylase activity temperature was 21 ℃ best performance,Amur sturgeon and Siberian sturgeon(Amur sturgeon(♀)× Siberian sturgeon(♂))hybrid sturgeon amylase activity highest at 18 ℃ and lowest at21 ℃. |
