| Radish is one of the main vegetables grown in Tianjin.“Weiqing Radish”is widely loved by Tianjin people,which makes the industry develop rapidly in Tianjin.The occurrence of radish disease is an important factor restricting the development of radish production in Tianjin,which seriously affects the economic benefits of local farmers.In this study,a field investigation was carried out on the occurrence of radish disease in Tianjin,and the green control experiment was carried out on the disease.The high-throughput sequencing analysis technology was used to analyze the composition of soil microbes in the planting land after prevention and control,and to explore its control effect on radish disease.The relationship between radish yield.Keywords:radish disease;green control;high-throughput sequencing;microbial diversity.The specific experimental content and results are as follows:1.Conducting a field survey,the area of radish planted in Tianjin is about 665hm~2,and the annual output can reach 4000 tons,with an output of 3500kg-4000kg per mu.Every year,the disease can cause a loss of about 200kg per mu,resulting in an economic loss of about1000 yuan.According to the seriousness of its disease,it is radish black spot,radish black root disease,radish black rot,radish physiological disease,etc.The main diseases in different areas are different.The radish disease in Xinkou Town of Xiqing District is mainly radish black spot disease,the incidence rate is 10.4%,and the disease index is 29.6.The radish diseases in Jinnan District mainly include radish black spot disease and radish black root disease.The incidence rate of radish black spot disease is 12.6%,the disease index is 25.1,the incidence of radish black root disease is 8.4%,and the disease index is 15.6.The radish disease occurred in Daliang Town of Wuqing District is mainly radish black rot.The incidence rate was 12.4% and the disease index was 31.4.2.Using green prevention and control technology to control the soil of radish planting in Daliang Town,Wuqing District,the results show that:the selection of excellent varieties(seven-star varieties than Weiqing varieties)can produce 164kg per mu,high temperature suffocating shed,application of green fungicide It can increase the emergence rate of radish by about 1.6%and 2.4%,reduce the incidence of radish disease by 4.2%and 9.8%,increase the yield of radish by 8.69%and 17.19%,increase the sweetness of radish by 1%,and effectively increase the yield of radish.With quality.3.Using high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze soil microbes in the planting area using green control technology measures,the results showed that 8 groups of samples obtained 8823 OTUs(operational taxonomic units)through high-throughput sequencing,which can be annotated to 40 Gate,110 classes,192 orders,354 families,594 genera,482species.From the perspective of microbial population structure,the bacteria with higher abundanceof the fermentation broth treated with 9~#bacteria were uncultured_bacterium_f_Anaerolineaceae,uncultured_bacterium_f_Rhodothermaceae,and the genus Mortierella,Mycothermus and Penicillium with higher abundance of fungi;The species with higher abundance of bacteria are uncultured_bacterium_f_Anaerolineaceae,uncultured_bacterium_f_Rhodothermaceae,and the genus with higher abundance of fungi is Aspergillus and Fusarium.The proportional changes in the abundance of these species have a certain impact on the function of soil microbes. |
