| In order to meet the needs of growing plants,many greenhouses have been built because of the low temperature in winter in the areas north of Huaihe River in China.In recent years,with the change of agricultural production mode,agriculture and rural economy continue to develop,gradually from extensive development to intensive development.In areas with relatively good agricultural development,some demonstration areas have been built,focusing on the development of science and technology,ecological agricultural industry,which has become the benchmark of the industry.These changes benefit from the progress of information technology,which created basic conditions for high-tech intelligent greenhouse.Improved greenhouse intelligence,not only to improve crop yield and quality,but also change the production cycle of greenhouse crops,so that off-season fruits and vegetables to meet people’s needs.Information technology can realize remote monitoring and control,thus reducing the technical requirements and labor intensity of production personnel.At present,the monitoring device is simple in structure,and only realizes the transmission of monitoring data,without establishing the actual growth environment parameter model of plants in the system,nor realizing the automatic regulation of environmental factors according to the imported parameter model,which takes up a lot of manpower and financial resources,but does not get good results.In particular,the number of greenhouses managed by individual growers is increasing,and the management difficulty is increasing,so they need an automatic control equipment which can be managed remotely as an assistant.Combined with the existing problems and the actual need,this paper applies STM32 processor as the general controller,on STC microcontroller as the processor of acquisition part,choose the sensors can detect the greenhouse air parameters as input,each greenhouse is equipped with a ZigBee devices and total controller transmitting data,the park all ZigBee equipment Intranet,The master controller is equipped with a wireless module using NB-IoT technology to transmit the park status to the handheld terminal.The purpose of this design is to make use of the stable and reliable advantages of LAN,a remote transmission module in one park,which saves cost and ensures the reliability of communication.In the mobile terminal,the data transmitted by the total controller is received by the human-transmitted cloud platform and displayed.The collected data is compared with the set threshold value and the alarm information is displayed when the threshold value is exceeded.The suitable environmental parameters in the growth process of common greenhouse crops are loaded into the software for the reference of production personnel,which reduces the difficulty of work for production personnel.The technology used by the equipment covers embedded system,sensors,short-range and narrow-band remote communication,etc.The test results of the equipment show that the transmission data is accurate,the response is rapid,the data transmission effect is stable and reliable,which overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional monitoring equipment and reaches the expected target.Compared with previous monitoring facilities,the system has the advantages of small error of monitoring results,fast response,large monitoring range and high intelligence.Main innovation point is a real kind of environmental parameters in the process of plant growth and actual growth parameters model is set up,you can import growth parameters model to realize automatic control of environmental factors,can be more greenhouse into local area network(LAN),raise the scientific nature of the agricultural production,agricultural application and theory research is very necessary. |
