| Water shortage problem is becoming more and more serious in China now and water saving irrigation is of no delay. As the main means of water-saving irrigation technology, sprinkling irrigation is one of the world’s most advanced irrigation technology which shares features like mature, easy promotion, labor-saving, high land use rate and strong adaptability. Nozzle sprinkler is the core of sprinkler irrigation technology and water distribution performance of sprinkler is one of the main indexes to evaluate the nozzle sprinkler. At present, problems like low integration, short service life and poor reliability in water distribution test software and water quantity data acquisition instrument are still serious. In view of these problems, the following innovation research has been conducted:1.Improvement of signal sensing element in tipping bucket type rain-gauge, The holzer effect sensor was used to replace reed switch and the corresponding sensor circuit module was designed to overcome the problems of low life and no easy detecting faults in the rainfall sensor.2.A wireless test platform for water distribution performance of sprinkler was built based on ZigBee technology. As the water distribution test consists of lots of rain gauges and all the equipment were driven by batteries that the network must be of large capacity, high reliability, low cost and low power consumption. The ZigBee technology was adopted as the networking technology of rain gauge after the comparison of some of the most popular wireless networking technologies in the world. The hardware design of ZigBee system is completed based on the CC2530 of TI company, finally.3.The physical layer, media access layer, network layer working principle and architecture of ZigBee framework were analyzed, and the networking mode and routing protocol of ZigBee technology were discussed. Water distribution test system used the protocol stack ZStack-CC2530-2.3.0-1.4.0 and IAR7.60 A as the development environment and the protocol stack was rewritten by interrupt program and serial port. Moreover, the OSAL operating system is used to control the Zig Bee program, and the tree structure is adopted to optimize the network structure.4.A new type of water distribution test software was designed. The new water distribution testing software was compiled by the graphical user interface function of Matlab software. Functions like serial communication, real-time mapping, combination forecasting, data processing and user management were integrated in one software and the software was able to run independently out of the Matlab. The software and the rain gauges are connected in real time, which saved the manual input and provides the graph rotation function. That was convenient for users to observe the water distribution map from different aspects.The measurement error of this device is less than 0.1mm and it can withstand at least 29.4 times per hour flip without omissions by experimental verification. This method solves the disadvantages that the manual measurement workload is big and the bus type rainfall tube is not easy to move etc. |
