Effect Of Ammonium Persulfate Combinded With Microbial Fertilizer On Soil Environment And Seedings Growth Of Apple Under Replanted Condition

In this study,pot experiment and field validation were combined to explore of adding Trichoderma fertilizer to the replant soil after treatment with ammonium persulfate on the microbial environment of the replant soil and replanting Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings.The poot experiment material was Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings and the field validation material root stock was T337 and the scion was Yanfu3.The experiment consisted of four treatments: replant orchard soil(CK),ammonium persulfate treatment(T1),ammonium persulfate plus granular Trichoderma fertilizer(T2),ammonium persulfate plus powdered Trichoderma fertilizer(T3).The main test results are as follows:1.The pot experiment showed that the addition of ammonium persulfate and Trichoderma fertilizer was more conducive to increasing the biomass of Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings in replant soil.Compared with the control,ammonium persulfate could increase the biomass of Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings,the addition of ammonium persulfate and Trichoderma fertilizer significantly increased the biomass.Ammonium persulfate plus granular Trichoderma fertilizer(T2)has the best promotion effect.In August2019 and August 2020,the plant height,ground diameter and fresh weight of Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings under this treatment were increased by 35.5%,92.6% and 133.1%,31.04%,23.35% and 40.18%,respectively,compared with the continuous cultivation control.2.The pot experiment showed that the root activity of Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings under different treatments.Ammonium persulfate plus granular Trichoderma fertilizer(T2)> ammonium persulfate plus powdered Trichoderma fertilizer(T3)> monium persulfate treatment(T1)> replant orchard soil(CK).The root activity of seedlings under ammonium persulfate plus Trichoderma granulosum fertilizer treatment in replant soil were significantly increased respectively by 1.41,1.23 and 1.09 times compared with that in replanted orchard soil treatment,ammonium persulfate treatment and ammonium persulfate plus powdered Trichoderma fertilizer.3.The pot experiment showed that different soil treatments changed the soil enzyme activities of Malus hupehensis Rehd under replanted condition.Among the three treatments,ammonium persulfate treatment decreased the soil enzyme activities,and the combination of ammonium persulfate and microbial fertilizer improve the soil enzyme activities.Compared with control,ammonium persulfate plus granular Trichoderma fertilizer treatment(T2)and ammonium persulfate plus powdered Trichoderma fertilizer treatment(T3)could significantly increase the activities of invertase,phosphatase,catalase and urease by 45.41%,32.96%;92.83%,83.89%;56.90%,30.40%;186.66%,165.56%,respectively.The activities of urease,sucrase and catalase in T2 were better than those in T3,but there was no significant difference in phosphatase activity.4.The pot experiment showed that ammonium persulfate treatment could degrade soil microorganisms after the application of Trichoderma fertilizer,reduced the number of soil fungi and effectively increased soil bacterial number.The real-time fluorescence quantitative results showed that both ammonium persulfate treatment and ammonium persulfate treatment with different forms(particles and powder)of Trichoderma fertilizer could better optimize the soil microbial environment,increase the number of soil bacteria,and reduce the number of soil Fusarium solani.Soil high-throughput sequencing data showed that the relative abundance of Trichoderma was significantly increased by 58.8% and that of Strepterospora was significantly decreased by 92.87% in the treatment of ammonium persulfate plus Trichoderma granulosa compared with the control CK.The relative abundance of Fusarium in the treatment of ammonium persulfate plus powder Trichoderma fertilizer was significantly decreased by 64.18% compared with the control CK.5.The field experiment results showed that the combination of ammonium persulfate and Trichoderma sp fertilizer could relieve the soil-borne diseases,ensure the continuous normal vegetative and reproductive growth of apple trees.The application of different forms of Trichoderma fertilizer can promote the growth of apple trees in replant soil,increase the number of soil bacteria,reduce the number of fungi,and enhance the activities of soil related enzymes.On the whole,the application of granular bacterial fertilizer has a better promoting effect.
