With the continuous development of China’s agricultural industry, the amount of vegetable waste is growing rapidly with the growing area and yield of all kinds of vegetables.A large number of agricultural wastes are produced in the production and cultivation of vegetables.Due to the large yield, complex physical and chemical properties, and the lack of suitable resource utilization technology,it has caused great waste of resources, environmental pollution, and also brought great hidden danger for the safety of crop production.Optimizing the aerobic composting fermentation process for vegetable waste is of great significance to promote the resource utilization of waste and the sustainable development of vegetable industry. In this paper, the effects of different composting conditions(1:4、1:2)of pig manure and pepper straw and Self composting of pepper straw with inoculant on the maturity and nitrogen loss of compost were analyzed through the simulated composting experiment in fermentor;Experiment on greenhouse tomato cultivation,Compare the effect of pig manure organic fertilizer and fresh chicken manure.Based on 16S r RNA high-throughput sequencing,Compare the effects of different organic fertilizers on soil microbial abundance and diversity in greenhouse vegetable fields. The purpose of this study is to establish a composting system of vegetable waste and apply compost products to soil improvement in greenhouse and realize the combination of production and use.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)With the increase of pig manure addition, the maximum temperature of composting increased to 65.2℃and 69.3℃,respectively,and the duration of high temperature period prolonged for 11 days and 13 days, respectively. The addition of microbial agents significantly accelerated the decomposition process of pepper straw composting, and the germination index reached 87.93%on the 42nd day.The compost maturity period was prolonged with the increase of pig manure. In the composting process, the cellulase activity gradually increased with the increase of the proportion of Eggplant and fruit vegetable straw in the compost. The cellulase activity reached 8.57mg·ml-1·d-1in the treatment of pepper straw+bacterial agent for 7 days, and gradually decreased after entering the high temperature period. The addition of microbial agents significantly increased cellulase activity, but had little effect on urease activity.(2)(2)When the ratio of pepper straw and pig manure was 2:1.The amount of ammonia volatilization and accumulation reached 646.6mg after 42 days. The addition of bacteria had no significant effect on the NH3volatilization.It has a certain effect on NH3release rate at high temperature, but not significant..(3)In the experiment of tomato planting, the fruit quality was the highest under PF(organic fertilizer and fertilizer application of pig manure)and vitamin C content was 5.09%and 17.6%higher than that of CF(traditional chicken manure and chemical fertilizer)and CK(single fertilizer). The yield per plant of PF treatment was the highest, which was 24.1%higher than CK,which was higher than that of CF treatment by 16.1%.(4)The relative abundance of Proteobacteria in PF treatment was the highest, which was33.39%.The proportions of gemmatimonadetes and Chloroflexi in CK treatment were higher than those in the other two treatments. The proportions of acidobacteria, planctomycetes and nitrospirae in CF treatment were significantly higher than those in CK treatment.Among the three treatments, there were different bacteria in CK,such as Brevibacterium and pleuromycetes, which would increase the risk of soil borne diseases.PCo A analysis showed that there were significant differences in soil microbial composition among the three treatments, and different organic fertilizer application had significant effects on soil microbial abundance and diversity.
