In order to explore the effect of cellulase on maturity of green waste composting,take the landscaping waste as research object,simulate fermentation experiment of different stages of composting,which is the low temperature stage and the high temperature stage.Fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation,range analysis,principal component analysis and bacterial high-throughput sequencing was used as the analytical methods.The effects of different cellulase and agent dosage with different size of composting material on the physicochemical properties,humification parameters and bacteriological biology of composting of green waste were discussed.The pot experiment which mix the selection of excellent composting with soil to make substrate of Amorpha fruticosa was carried out.The results shows:1)The cellulase played a greater role than agents and the best treatment is 4%cellulase with 2%microbial agents during the low temperature stage composting.Adding 0.8%urea inhibit the fermentation.2)The composting maturity degree of 2mm compost was better than that of 5mm.The E4/Es value of 2mm is better than that of 5mm,and the HA/FA value was 20.03%,humic acid content was 17.9%.Treatments of 2mm had a more rich community diversity than 5mm.5mm’s germination index increased 4.73%than 2mm.3)The addition of cellulase and agent promoted the compost temperature,GI index,EC and humus substances.The composting products with 4%cellulase and 2%microbial agents had the best maturity.4)In the high temperature composting experiment,the fermentation of bacteria was mainly caused by the decomposition of carbohydrate,and the number of Firmicutes bacteria,which is the dominant species showed a rapid decline.The Chloroflexi gradually increased into the dominant bacteria in the later stage of composting.All treatments’ bacterial diversity reached the highest level in the midst of high temperature composting,showing a quantity change by first rise then fall during the test.Two kinds of particle size treatment in the high-temperature composting has biological differences,with the difference first is to be larger and gradually reduced along with the fermentation.5)the maximum leaf width,root ratio,germination rate,leaf number,plant height,7d seedling number and the root index are all promoted by adding the greening waste compost.The best treatment,which composting products’ particle size was 2mm and adding 50%has the biggest growth index of 0.95.The conclusion shows that cellulase combined with biological agents can promote the composting of green waste compost,the better treatment is the green waste particle size 2mm adding 2%cellulase and 4%bacteria.It’s composting products mixed soil with 1:1 ratio made Amorpha fruticosa grow best.
