| Wheat is one of the most important food crops in China.In the process of sowing and fertilizing,the agricultural mechanization has been gradually realized.However,in the actual selection process of operation machinery and equipment,due to the lack of scientific and reasonable equipment selection theory and practical experience as guidance,there are some problems such as low utilization rate of machinery and poor economic benefits.How to promote the development of China’s agricultural mechanization production by studying the correct and reasonable selection of wheat sowing and fertilization machinery has become a research topic of great practical significance.In this paper,Jiangsu Jiangdu,Taizhou region of wheat sowing and fertilization machinery selection as the research object,first of all,through consulting a large number of references at home and abroad,understand the rotary tillage sowing and fertilization machinery and equipment selection at home and abroad research status.Secondly,the mechanical structure,working principle and performance characteristics of rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machine were briefly introduced.Thirdly,based on the selection principles and methods of rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machinery,the technical parameters and main structural characteristics of four rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machinery were introduced in detail.The highest comprehensive evaluation model was selected by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the advantages and disadvantages of four rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machinery in performance were compared and analyzed.Finally,four kinds of rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machines were used in different soil environments in Jiangdu,Taizhou and other places,and the sowing and fertilizing in the process of operation and the growth and harvest of wheat after operation were recorded.The advantages and disadvantages of the four rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machines were comprehensively analyzed,It is concluded that the double axis rotary tillage and deep control broadband seeding compound machine has obvious advantages over the other three kinds of operation equipment in wheat sowing and fertilization.In this paper,through the research on the selection of rotary tillage sowing and fertilizing machinery and equipment,and the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different agricultural machinery and equipment in the process of wheat sowing and fertilizing and the tracking data of wheat growth and harvest,we can guide farmers to choose agricultural operation equipment reasonably,improve the efficiency in the process of agricultural production,reduce production cost,and improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural machinery,The pursuit of maximizing the economic benefits of agricultural production has great practical significance and practical value,which can provide a certain reference value for other agricultural machinery selection,and also has a very positive significance for promoting the development of Agricultural Mechanization in China. |
