Abstract/Summary:
Colocasia esculenta is a hygrophytic herb of Araceae.Its tuber is commonly known as taro.It is also known as hairy taro,inside taro,taro Kui.It has high nutritional value and medicinal value.It is mainly distributed in Africa,Asia,China,Japan and Southeast Asia.With the rapid development of facility industry in China,the problem of soil salinization caused by partial application of chemical fertilizer is becoming more and more serious.In order to explore the feasibility of the ecological model of wet dry rotation of wet crop taro and conventional xerophytic vegetables to prevent and control continuous cropping obstacles,two important stubbles of facility cultivation were used in this experiment In addition,the multi seed taro has strong tillering ability,and it is easy to produce ramets at seedling stage.Transplanting axillary and lateral buds and cutting seedling can also achieve the purpose of reducing seed consumption.It provides practical reference for high quality and high yield cultivation of taro and solving continuous cropping obstacles.The main results are as follows:1.In the late autumn cultivation,the transplanting density of main bud seedlings was 3500 plants/mu,and the yield of taro was 1672.2kg/mu,the highest yield was 1760.4kg/mu at 15cm transplanting depth,and the highest yield was 1418.1kg/mu on July 1,The yield of main bud seedling was 1566.Okg/mu,followed by axillary bud seedling and lateral bud seedling,which were 1045.1kg/mu and 628.5kg/mu respectively;Reasonable close planting can increase the yield of axillary bud seedlings,and the highest yield can reach 1231.3kg/mu under the transplanting density of 3000 plants/mu;The content of crude fiber,flavonoids,total phenols and free radical scavenging rate had little difference,which indicated that the quality did not decline.Therefore,it is feasible to transplant in Greenhouse in summer and harvest in winter,and the axillary bud seedlings and ramet seedlings can be transplanted separately.2.It is an effective high-yield measure to select larger seed ball for direct seeding in spring with plastic film mulching in plastic greenhouse.The maximum yield of direct seeding of taro with more than 45g seed ball is 1270.1kg/mu,which is 18.1%higher than that of small seed ball;Reasonable increase of direct seeding density can make up for the defect of low yield per plant caused by short growth period,and the highest yield is 1070.6kg/mu when the direct seeding density is 3000 plants/mu.It can be seen that this cultivation method can be put on the market in advance without special storage facilities,and rotate with the next crop of dry vegetables,but the starch content is lower than the conventional cultivation method in terms of quality.3.In May,the seed taro with bud head was cut into plug tray and transplanted to greenhouse for continuous seedling growth.After the dry vegetables were removed from greenhouse in July,they were transplanted for delayed cultivation in autumn.The transplanting density was 2500 plants/mu,and the yield of top bud and lateral bud was 900 kg/mu and 818.8 kg/mu,respectively,But it can also achieve the purpose of reducing seed consumption.
