In this experiment, pear cultivar ’Yuluxiang’ was used as the test material. The relationships among the fruit growth, the components and the content changes of sugar, acid in fruits and cultivation environment were analyzed. The effects of rootstocks on the biological characteristics and the components and the content changes of sugar, acid in the fruit of ’Yuluxiang’ were compared. And the influences of different pollination varieties or lines on fruit setting and fruit development were also studied in ’Yuluxiang’.The effects of rain-proof cultivation on the branch growth, fruit quality formation and mineral nutrient contents of leaves in ’Yuluxiang’ were observed. The post-harvest treatment technology was studied on fruits of ’Yuluxiang’.The main results were as follows:1.The accumulation of sucrose and speedy growth were inhibited, but the accumulation of malic acid was promoted in fruits by continuous rainfall and insufficient sunshine during local plum rain season.2.Differentiation of flower bud, single fruit weight, contents of soluble solid and sugar of fruits could be raised markedly in the scion cultivar ’Yuluxiang’,when wild pear’Taiwanli’ was used as rootstock.3.Applying rain-proof cultivation significantly increased the number of medium and short shoots, reduced the mass growth of new shoots, and boosted the fruit development in tested cultivar.4.Summer pruning made the amount of medium and short shoots increased notablely with moderate cutting back at Mid-June for new shoots in tested cultivar.5.It was adaptive that fruits would be harvested on Late August when the fruit hardness reached 1.0-1.3kg·cm-2 in this locality for tested cultivar.Precooling at 4℃ for 20 days made the content of soluble solid increased. And freshness date got to two months under cool storage at 15℃,which also enhanced the content of soluble solid in fruits of tested cultivar. |
