The fruits of berry fruit trees are colorful and succulent,which are deeply loved by consumers.The common berry fruit tree mainly has grape,kiwi,strawberry and so on.As the most important type of berry fruit tree,strawberry has been widely studied.This paper takes woodland strawberry from Europe as the research object and establishes the regeneration system of woodland strawberry by tissue culture,and the resistance of woodland strawberry from Europe to grey mould was analyzed,and the genotype with resistance to grey mould was selected.It lays the foundation for the research on the physiological and biochemical,disease resistance research and genetic transformation of woodland strawberry in the future.The main results were described as follows:1.In this experiment,74 forest strawberry genotypes from 11 European countries were cultured in vitro by organ regeneration,and the genotype was found to have a great influence on the in vitro regeneration of strawberry.The results showed that 63 of the 74 genotypes were regenerated,accounting for 85.14%of the total genotypes tested.2.In this experiment,the callus induction ability of 74 genotypes was analyzed,and the 7 genotypes(IT19,NOR118,NOR5,POR2,NOR131,ICE12,ICE1)were selected as susceptible callus genotypes.;Through the analysis of bud regeneration ability,the 7 genotypes of IT19,NOR14,UK10,IT24,IT22,ES18 and GER100 were selected as the genotypes that are easy to bud.The results show that the callus induction ability and bud regeneration ability of IT 19 genotype are higher than other genotypes,which can be used as genetic transformation material of strawberry.3.In this experiment,23 woodland strawberry genotypes from Europe were screened for disease-resistant resources of grey mould.The results showed that the woodland strawberry was inoculated with Botrytis cinerea by in vitro inoculation method,and the in vitro identification system of European woodland strawberry genotype gray mold resistance was established.Three genotypes were selected as high resistance genotypes:ICE1,NOR108 and NOR139.
