Garlic was a special economic crop.We can be divided it into four processes: planting,watering and film mulching,seedling membrane perforation and harvesting.Among them,the process of seedling membrane perforation was very important.However,this process was still carried out manually in most areas of our country,with high labor intensity and low efficiency.Based on the current situation in China,the membrane perforation Machine for Garlic Seedlings was designed.In order to meet the operating requirements,the driving performance was analyzed.In the end,field membrane perforation tests were carried out to obtain the optimal combination of membrane perforation elements.The main contents and conclusions of the study were as follows:(1)Overall design of machine.The prototype mainly includes an adjustable frame mechanism,a crawler walking mechanism,an adjustable membrane perforation mechanism,a dual-side motor independent drive module,a chain drive module,a vision assist device and a remote control module.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the machine was designed and analyzed.According to the agronomic requirements of garlic planting area in Jinxiang,the structure and parameters of each mechanical were determined.Then the transmission system and control system were designed to meet the operation requirements of remote control.Finally,the working principle of the whole machine was expounded in detail.(2)Performance analysis of key components.The key components which affect membrane perforation performance were analyzed.The main factors were as follows:machine speed,quality of membrane perforation chain,film thickness and type of membrane perforation chain.Through the force analysis of the chain,a winding motor that meets its operating requirements was selected,with rated power of 0.2k W and rated speed of 1800r/min.Through the performance analysis of the process of straight driving,steering and crossing,the parameters of the chassis under different working conditions were obtained.Among them,the maximum driving force required by the single-sided crawler was 694 N,the maximum driving torque was 72.9N·m,and the maximum driving speed was 6km/h.The driving feasibility of the chassis was verified by the comparative analysis of the data.Finally,according to the driving torque and other parameters,a walking motor that meets the driving operation requirements was selected,with rated power of 1.3KW and rated speed of 3000r/min.(3)Test research and parameter optimization.Taking the membrane perforation process of garlic seedlings as the research object,taking the machine speed,quality of membrane perforation chain,film thickness and type of membrane perforation chain as independent variables,the membrane perforation rate and seedling damage rate were evaluated by single factor tests.The influence law of each factor on evaluation indexes and optimal value range of the factor were obtained.In order to discuss the effect of factors on evaluation indexes,the multi-factor tests were carried out.The regression model between each factor and the evaluation index was established,and the response surface method was used to optimize the test data.The results show that the optimal parameter combination of each factor was: the machine speed was 4.8km/h,the quality of membrane perforation chain was 11.3kg,the film thickness was 0.1mm.At this time,the membrane perforation rate and seedling damage rate were 86.5% and 5.6% respectively.The validation test was carried out under the optimal parameter combination,and the test results were as follows: the membrane perforation rate was 85.5%,and the damage rate was 5.7%,which were basically consistent with the optimized results.The correctness of the machine design was verified by comparing the test results with the optimized solution values.
