There are some problems in the production of fried potato in Heilongjiang Province,such as insufficient accumulation of dry matter of tuber and unstable color of fried potato.Investigation shows that the early high dosage of fertilizer is the main limiting potato yield and fry the qua lity factors.In order to solve the above problems,a comparative field experiment was adopted to set up four fertilization treatments(F250: topdressing compound fertilizer 250ka/ha before stuffy tillage;F500: base fertilizer application of compound fertilizer 500kg/ha;F750: Compound fertilizer of500kg/ha for base fertilizer and 250kg/ha for stilling tillage topdressing;F1000: Compound fertilizer was applied 750kg/ha for base fertilizer and 250kg/ha for topdressing before stilling tillage.The dry matter weight,nutrient content,yield and quality indexes were determined to study the effects of compound fertilizer dosage in early stage on potato yield and quality of fried chips,in order to provide theoretical basis for rational fertilization of potatoe s.The main research results are as follows:(1)The accumulation of dry matter in potato leaves and stems showed a single peak curve during the whole growth period,and the accumulation of starch reached the maximum.After starch accumulation stage,the stems of dry matter accumulation gradually reduced.With swollen and tubers,tuber dry matter accumulation amount increasing.The dry matter weight of each organ and the whole plant increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the application of compound fertilizer in the early stage.In early period,F750 fertility treatment of dry matter accumulation in all processing performance than other processing highest increase of 8.89% to50.77%,starting from the tuber expansion period,F500 deal with rap id growth,dry matter accumulation in the most amount of dry matter accumulation,harvest when compared to other treatment increased by 4.80%-35.26%,and fertilization increased,The increase of the proportion of dry matter in leaves is not conducive to the accumulation of underground tubers.The results indicated that suitable fertilizer application in the early stage could increase dry matter accumulation and coordinate dry matter distribution in the aboveground and underground parts of potato.(2)With the advance of growth stage,the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and dry matter in the shoot increased first and then decreased,and all reached the peak value in the starch accumulation stage.The accumulation of N,P and K in tubers increase d continuously until they were harvested.With the increase of the application level of compound fertilizer in the early stage,the accumulation of N,P and K increased first and then decreased.The accumulation of N,P and K in F750 treatment was the highest before the tuber expansion stage,and the accumulation of N,P and K in F500 treatment increased rapidly after the tuber expansion stage,showing the highest performance among all treatments.The results indicated that the appropriate amount of compound fertilizer in the early stage was the key to ensure the accumulation of dry matter and nutrients,and the appropriate amount of compound fertilizer in the early stage could promote the nutrient absorption of potato.(3)The amount of compound fertilizer in early stage had great influence on potato yield and commercial potato yield.The yield of commercial tuber increased first and then decreased with the increase of fertilizer application rate,but there was no significant difference among different treatments.The commodity tuber rate of F500 treatment ranked second among all treatments,but the average number of tubers per plant was the highest,and the total yield of F500 treatment was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of other treatment s.Appropriate dosage of compound fertilizer can better coordinate the commodity tuber rate and tuber yield per plant,and increase the potato yield.(4)Applying proper amount of compound fertilizer in the early stage is beneficial to increase the content of starch in tubers and reduce the content of reducing sugar,so that the color and quality of fried strips can be improved.In this experiment,the tuber starch content increased first and then decreased with the increase of fertilizer application,and the t uber starch content of F500 and F750 treatments was higher.However,the content of reducing sugar in tubers decreased first and then increased with the increase of fertilizer application,and the content of reducing sugar in tubers treated with F500 was the lowest.According to the results of frying strips,the color index of F500 and F750 treatment was lower,and the proportion of chips in the first three grades of color grade was higher,and the color of chips was lighter.F500 treatment had the highest qualified rate of frying strips.To sum up,under the condition of this test,it is more appropriate to recommend base fertilizer plus stilling tillage and throwing compound fertilizer of 500kg/ha in Gannan area.Too high or too low fertilizer application is not conducive to high yield and good quality of potato.Rational fertilization is the key to coordinate yield and quality.
