In recent years,the state has put forward the strategic goal of vigorously developing agricultural equipment modernization,enhancing the capacity of independent innovation and research and development,providing important support for the transformation of agriculture to intensive and efficient mode,and becoming a powerful country in equipment manufacturing.It is necessary to achieve these goals by innovating the methods and technologies of equipment design,building advanced research and development platforms,improving the design and research methods of agricultural equipment,and simultaneously improving the efficiency and level.The strength and stiffness of the product are the guarantee of the safety of the use of the product,and the engineering analysis is an effective way to verify this standard.The emergence and development of computer aided engineering technology has replaced the traditional manual calculation for engineering analysis of products and greatly improved the design efficiency and r & d level.However,the current CAE software and the CAE module of 3d modeling software only support structure-oriented design,which has high requirements on the professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of designers and is highly professional,so it is difficult for non-professionals to guarantee the professional and accuracy of analysis.In view of the combine harvester threshing device in the process of the engineering analysis,professional knowledge the demand is higher,to the user operation is relatively complex,transformation model across the software platform,cause analysis to guarantee the accuracy problem of low efficiency,this paper proposes a threshing device interactive engineering analysis system,through the way of human-computer interaction for static and modal analysis,so as to adapt to more wide range of user groups,and improve the analysis efficiency,shorten the development cycle.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on combine harvester threshing and cleaning device parametric model library,with threshing and cleaning device as the research object,according to the actual working status of threshing and cleaning device,to determine the connection properties of the model,boundary conditions,thus make the system able to load the model accurately connection relations,the connection properties and boundary conditions,for threshing and cleaning device for laying a foundation for the establishment of the interactive engineering analysis system.(2)Based on the.net framework of Visual programming language Visual Basic,use CATIA secondary development interface,Automation object programming CATIA Automation technology,combining with the Windows API functions and optical character recognition method,in view of the combine harvester threshing and cleaning device exists in the process of engineering analysis and tedious,repetitive work more specialized and operating problems,design a device used for threshing and cleaning the interactive engineering analysis system,the system can realize the function of the intelligent guide the engineering structure analysis.(3)The Visual programming language based on.NET framework,Visual Basic,is used to establish the engineering analysis model library,the models completed in the system are stored in the engineering analysis model library,and the identification rules are created,and the analysis files are standardized according to the identification rules for auxiliary identification,so that the user needs to call,modify,reference.(4)Design friendly human-computer interaction interface of engineering analysis system to realize the organic combination of human cognition and computer logic operation,so as to realize the goal of intelligent guidance of engineering analysis and reduce the professional requirements of users.(5)The static analysis and modal analysis systems were systematically tested,and compared with the manual method of engineering analysis using CATIA software,the analysis process,labor intensity and analysis time were compared to verify its feasibility and effectiveness.Research and test results show that the system can simplify the operation steps,save analysis time,has the strong feasibility and effectiveness,can make full use of two-way interactive information,realize the threshing device fast engineering analysis of 3 d model,analysis model of intelligent management,can shorten the product development cycle,improve the professional and the accuracy of analysis,at the same time for the establishment of the agricultural machinery equipment of intelligent design platform to lay the technical foundation.
