The use of antimicrobial feed additives in the breeding industry has improved the utilization rate of feed and played an important role in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. However,in recent years, the disadvantages of its unreasonable use have gradually emerged, such as the problem of bacterial resistance and the harm caused by drug residues, which have caused serious hidden dangers to human health, public health safety and the development of the aquaculture industry. This study used Enkang Animal Husbandry’s broiler farm as a test site to study the effect of reduced use of antibacterial drugs on the actual production of large-scale broiler farms and the effect of alternative anti-fight products(Yida Fei). The resistance reduction test aims to study the impact of reduced use of antibacterial drugs on production efficiency during the breeding process of large-scale broiler farms, and to determine whether large-scale broiler farms can reduce the use of antibacterial drugs and reduce the use of antibacterial drugs.Breeding program. The experimental animals used healthy Ros 308 broiler chicks with a weight similar to 1 day old provided by Shandong Minhe Co.,Ltd.There were 6 batches of 180,000 birds each. The broiler chicks had been immunized for the first time before they came out. They are raised in 6 chicken houses on average.During the experiment,on the basis of feeding the basal diet, reduce or stop certain antibiotics according to the season and epidemic situation, and record the amount of antibacterial drugs, survival rate, feed consumption, slaughter weight and feed weight ratio of each batch of broilers It is used to analyze the impact of reduced use of antibiotics on the production of large-scale broiler farms. From the experimental results, the use of antibacterial drugs in the 5 test groups showed a decreasing trend. The reduced use of antibiotics has little impact on the production performance of large-scale broiler farms, and even promotes certain items, such as significantly increasing the slaughter weight and average daily gain(P<0.05);the feed-to-weight ratio is There was a downward trend, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The reduced use of antibiotics will basically not affect the economic benefits of large-scale broiler farms, and the reduced use of antibiotics will slightly increase profits. The anti-antibiotic test explores the effect of antibiotic substitute products(Yida Fei)on broiler performance and other growth indicators(late stage of broiler growth),anti-antibiotic effect and feasibility. It is divided into two parts:laboratory experiment and field experiment, both of which adopt a single factor fully randomized experimental design.1.Laboratory testExperimental design:90 healthy Ros 308 broiler chicks(male-female polyculture)provided by a farm in Shandong were selected and randomly divided into three groups. One group was a blank group, and the other two groups were set as the experimental group and the control group. Each group was randomly divided into three groups.Three repetitions, each with 10 broilers, the pre-test will start the test after raising all broilers to 35 days of age,the blank control group is fed with basal diet and drinking water every day,and the test group is fed with basal ration and normal drinking water every day.Feed Yida fertilizer(mixed with water at a ratio of 1:5)in the morning and evening. The control group is fed with basal diet supplemented with oxytetracycline(30mg/kg)and normal drinking water every day.Two test replicate groups randomly selected 2 healthy broilers of similar body size for slaughter sampling to test their blood biochemical indexes, slaughter performance, immune organ index and production performance.Test results:Compared with the control group and the blank control group, the test group has significantly improved serum biochemical indexes, slaughter performance, immune organ index, and growth performance, but the other indexes are not significantly different.2.Field testExperimental design:Four broiler breeding test sites in Xuzhou,Hebei,Baoding,Hebei,Hengshui,Shandong and Dezhou,Shandong were selected to test 24,600 broilers(35 days old at the beginning of the experiment),24,100 broilers(35 days old at the beginning of the experiment),35,000 birds(30 days old broilers at the beginning of the experiment)and 102,000 birds(30 days old broilers at the beginning of the experiment)were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Each group had 50 replicates. The experiment lasted for 7 days.During the experiment, four Each farm was fed according to the following formula:the control group was fed with basal diet and drinking water supplemented with oxytetracycline(30mg/kg)every day,and the test group was fed with the basic diet every day,and drank Yida Fertilizer in the morning and evening. The ratio of fertilizer to water is 1:5).On the day of the start of the experiment, the replicate groups of the experimental group and the control group were weighed, and the growth indicators of each group were recorded during the experiment.Test results:The production indicators of the four farms showed that Yida Fertilizer had basically no effect on the survival rate of large-scale broilers, and increased the average weight, average daily gain, and average daily feed intake of broilers, and reduced the feed-to-weight ratio. The above-mentioned test results show that it is feasible to reduce the use of antibacterial drugs while strengthening biosafety management in large-scale broiler farms;it is also feasible to use antibacterial drug substitutes instead of antibiotic growth promoters.
