The damage by disease and insect has become increasingly severe. Pesticide, as the primary method of prevention and cure the damage, its implementation technology is generally ineffective, and it will consume more pesticide than needed, causing excess pesticide residue and harm to both environment and people’s health. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to upgrade the variable inline mixing control technology for pesticide which is based on the dynamic target plant information. This is not only good for improving the pesticide utilization and lowering the cost, but also necessary for environment protection. The paper focused on exploring the pesticide mixing system that was designed based on target the dynamic target information, and the control system of which aims at the precise matching of pesticide and water through the control scheme over the power system. Thus,an analysis of the system’s motor was presented that is the source of power. And the power output was complemented through the circuit design of single chip and the chip control, then the flow rate was tested through the sensor in real-time. It fits the analysis data into the single chip, providing an accurate control of the inline mixing of water and pesticide. Finally, the experiments and testing was operated as a way to prove that the system designed in this study is capable of precise control of inline mixing system of designed for pesticide and water based on dynamic target plant information.
