| This experiment,eight excellent individuals were selected from the 42 excellent individuals in the preliminary selection and the growth habits of these excellent individuals were investigated firstly.Secondly,in order to study the high-grafting performance of the excellent individuals of prunus humilis,42 excellent individuals were high-grafted onto peach stock,the survival rate and growth rule of new shoots after high-grafting were investigated.At the same time,the four groups of high-grafting peach stock and the seeding excellent individuals were compared and analyzed,which provided important data for prunus humilis high-grafting,it also lays a foundation for the selection of excellent fresh edible varieties and the cultivation and management mode for the development of cultivars.The results are as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive evaluation of the 42 prunus humilis excellent individuals selected in the early stage,8 excellent individuals were selected and their biological characteristics were investigated.The results showed that: Since March 5,the excellent individuals entered the germination period,early April is the beginning of flowering,the duration of flowering is about 10 d.The deciduous period of these excellent individuals is from October 11 th to October 16 th.The fruit development period is 104 days to 116 days.The results showed that there were two growth peaks in the growth pattern of new shoots and fruit growth pattern of the oryzae line,showing double "S" type.The new shoots grow of taihang17 was the best,the average length was 33.5 cm,the best leaf growth taihang34.The largest fruit of taihang17 was 7.5 g,the highest content of soluble solids was taihang34,which reached 13.8%.(2)The excellent individuals high-grafting after,statistical results showed that the highest survival rate was taihang25(90.5%),the lowest survival rate was taihang33(5.26%).The results of this experiment suggest that the graft affinity of prunus humilis from different sources was different from that of myrtle rootstock,it provides experimental data for us to study the high connection of prunus humilis.Theexcellent individuals high grafting after,the growth pattern of new shoots was double "S",the excellent individuals for the growth of new shoots is taihang32,which is 62 cm,the number of buds is also the largest,while the larger leaves is taihang3.(3)A comparison was made between the seeding excellent individuals and the high-grafting excellent individuals,such as excellent individuals taihang21,taihang34,taihang36 and taihang42,the experimental results show the both growth peaks of new shoots were consistent,there was no significant difference between the branches and leaves,a slight difference is that the leaves of taihang34 high quality system are dark green and the rest are green,it proves the feasibility of high-grafting of prunus humilis.In conclusion,it is expected to lay a foundation for the future research on the selection of new cultivars and cultivation and management techniques.. |
