In order to explore the scientific and reasonable nutrient solution supply system for facility substrate culture of high-quality tomatoes with excellent flavor,the experiment adopted the nutrient solution technology of alternate drip irrigation in the root zone,and studied the effect of the nutrient solution on the growth and development of tomato plants and fruit quality by setting different liquid supply amount and liquid supply frequency.The experiment was carried out in a completely random block group design.The spring stubble experiment was set with liquid supply of 450 ml(T1),650 ml(T2)and 850 ml(T3).Feed frequency:3 d/time(C1),2 d/time(C2),1 d/time(C3).In autumn stubble experiment,the liquid supply mode was set up:nutrient solution mode(F)for fixed root area drip irrigation and nutrient solution mode(H)for alternate root area drip irrigation.Liquid supply:450 ml(T1),650 ml(T2);Feed frequency:2 d/time(C1),1 d/time(C2).The research results are as follows:1.Effects of nutrient solution of alternate drip irrigation on growth,development and fruit quality of substrates culture tomato in spring stubble(1)from the point of view of fruit quality,the soluble solids content of T1C2 treatment(under the nutrient solution model of alternate root-area drip irrigation,the liquid supply was 450 ml per plant drip irrigation,and the liquid supply frequency was 2 d/time)was higher,6.97%,34%higher than CK.The content of Vc was the highest(25.36 mg/100g),which was 76%higher than that of CK.The highest water use efficiency was 67.06 kg/m3,which was 154.40%higher than CK.Therefore,T1C2 treatment(under the nutrient solution mode of alternate drip irrigation in root area,the liquid supply was 450 ml per plant drip irrigation,and the liquid supply frequency was 2 d/time)was an ideal cultivation and management mode for producing high-quality and excellent flavor tomatoes in spring stubble.(2)from the perspective of fruit yield,the total output of T2C3 treatment(650 ml of nutrient solution per plant per day under the model of alternate drip irrigation in root area)was the largest,which was 13409.10 kg/667m2,with an increase of 2886.4 kg compared with CK,an increase of 27.4%.The single fruit weight is 226.44g,the fruit weight is relatively large,the color is ruddy,has a good commodity.In addition,the water use efficiency of T2C3 treatment was 40.29 kg/m3,which increased by 53%compared with CK,and ensured the full and efficient utilization of water resources.Therefore,T2C3 treatment(i.e.,650 ml of nutrient solution per plant drip irrigation per day in the mode of alternate drip irrigation in root area)was an ideal cultivation and management mode for the production of high yield and excellent commodity tomatoes in spring.2.Effects of different drip irrigation methods on the growth and development and fruit quality of substrates tomato culture in autumnHT1C1 treatment(under the nutrient solution model of alternate drip irrigation in the root area,the amount of liquid supplied:450 ml per plant drip irrigation,the frequency of liquid supplied:2 d/time)had the highest soluble solid content(8.40%),which was 44%higher than CK.The content of Vc was the highest(25.41 mg/100g),which was 40%higher than that of CK.The highest water use efficiency was 61.05 kg/m3,which was 75%higher than CK.Therefore,HT1C1 treatment(under the mode of nutrient solution of alternate drip irrigation in root area,the quantity of liquid supplied:450 ml per plant drip irrigation,the frequency of liquid supplied:2 d/time)is an ideal cultivation and management mode for producing high-quality and excellent flavor tomatoes in autumn stubble.
