As one of the methods of scientific cultivation of virus-free seed potato, the precision of agricultural measures and reasonable allocation of nutrient elements in nutrient solution are needed. In this experiment, potato virus-free seedlings were used as materials.Under the condition of air mist culture, according to different growth stages of potato, the differences and effects of different planting density and potassium concentration on the growth index, tuber yield and quality of potato were analyzed systematically and accurately. The nutrient requirement rule of potato was found out,and the suitable planting density and potassium concentration of the nutrient solution of potato were determined at the same time It can be used as a reference for the efficient and green cultivation of potato and the optimization of nutrient solution formula.1.Under the four planting densities, the height, stem diameter and leaf area of potato plants in the air mist culture were all in the "s" growth trend;when the planting density was 17 plants/m2,the stem of potato plants in the air mist culture was thick, the leaf area decreased with the increase of the planting density in the tuber expansion period, and the root depth and root volume were significantly higher than those of other treatments. The root volume in the mature period increased by 95.85%compared with that in the seedling period, with a significant growth rate In a certain range, reducing the planting density is beneficial to increase the accumulation of organic matter in leaf photosynthesis and reduce the consumption of respiration.2.Under the four planting densities, the nitrogen content of potato in air mist culture was the highest in leaves, the second in stems and the lowest in roots. The effect of planting density on the phosphorus content of potato leaves in different growth stages was the most significant, but not significant on the stems, roots and tubers;the potassium content of 17 plants/m2 and 22 plants/m2 tubers was the same, which was significantly higher than that of high planting density, indicating that reducing the planting density was beneficial to the absorption of potassium by tubers.3.The content of crude protein, starch, total sugar and crude fat in potato tubers under the condition of planting density of 17 plants/m2 and 22 plants/m2 were significantly higher than that of 27 plants/m2 and 32 plants/m2,which indicated that reducing the planting density was beneficial to the accumulation of nutrition in potato tubers under the condition of planting density of 22 plants/m2 and improving the quality and taste of potato tubers The rate, the weight and the number of tubers per plant were the highest, and the number of large and medium-sized tubers was the highest at the planting density of 17 plants/m2,which indicated that low density was beneficial to the establishment of large and medium-sized tubers.4.The plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area and root activity were significantly lower than those of other treatments at the concentration of 0 mmol/L of potassium in the nutrient solution. When the concentration of potassium in nutrient solution is 9mmol/L and 12mmol/L,the plant height, stem diameter, chlorophyll content and root activity of potato are higher than those of other treatments, and the growth rate of deep root volume is the fastest. When the concentration of potassium is 12mmol/L,the growth rate of potato stolon from tuber formation stage to tuber expansion stage is particularly significant, which shows that within a certain range, with the increase of potassium concentration,it is beneficial to increase the boll The absorption and transformation of nutrients in the upper and lower parts of the potato can keep the plant growing healthily.5.The nitrogen content of leaves, stems, roots and tubers was significantly lower than that of other treatments. With the increase of potassium concentration in the nutrient solution, the potassium content in different organs of potato in the whole growth period increased gradually. The increase of potassium concentration in the nutrient solution is beneficial to the accumulation of nutrients in potato in the air culture.6.When the concentration of potassium in nutrient solution was 12mmol/L,the quality of potato tuber could be improved by aerosol culture, and the quality of potato tuber could be reduced by lack of potassium. The yield of potato increased with the increase of potassium concentration. After reaching the highest optimal potassium concentration, the yield was reduced by increasing the potassium concentration. It indicated that there was a critical value of potassium concentration, and if the potassium concentration exceeded the critical value, the yield would be reduced. When the optimal potassium concentration was 9mmol/L,the yield was increased significantly.Lack of potassium in nutrient solution results in a large number of micro potatoes and a decrease in the number of large and medium-sized potatoes. With the increase of potassium concentration, the number of large and medium-sized potatoes increases gradually. To sum up,in a certain range, reducing the planting density is conducive to the growth and development of potato under air mist culture, and the planting density of potato under air mist culture is 17 plants/m222 plants/m2.The lack of potassium in nutrient solution resulted in poor growth and development of potato in aerosol culture, and the appropriate concentrations of potassium were 9mmol/L and 12mmol/L...
