Abstract/Summary:
Pepper belongs to the genus capsicum of solanaceae.Herbs 1 year or perennial. The economic value of pepper is mainly determined by the weight of single fruit,Vc,color price and soluble protein content.Based on the natural population 115 pepper as the research material, the pepper fruit weight,Vc,color price, soluble protein content, pulp thick, fruit width etal eight important traits such as statistical analysis.the first important traits of pepper fruit simple descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis, and then the result of the expansion of polymorphism analysis, clustering analysis of SSR markers. On the basis of the above analysis, the correlation analysis between agronomic traits and SSR markers was carried out,so as to select special pepper varieties suitable for different uses and obtain markers related to important traits of pepper fruits,so as to provide theoretical basis for pepper breeding. The results are as follows:1.Phenotypic analysis of important traits of pepper fruits:all important 8 traits showed certain phenotypic variation, ranging from 30.44%to 95.73%as a whole, the variation coefficient of fruit weight was as high as 95.73%,and the variation coefficient of soluble sugar content was as low as 30.44%.Except fruit length, protein and soluble sugar, the variation coefficients of other agronomic traits were all above 50%.The characters of pepper were different and the diversity was rich. The simple correlation analysis showed that the single fruit weight was positively correlated with the fruit length and width. There was a significant negative correlation between soluble protein content and Vc.There was a significant negative correlation between color price and soluble protein content. The results showed that the traits were not completely independent, but closely related to each other.Clustering analysis based on phenotypic data of pepper:through clustering analysis of 8 important traits of pepper fruits,it was concluded that at euclionic distance 5.0,pepper materials could be divided into 6 categories:most of them were concentrated in the 2nd and 5th categories, including 41 and 38 germplasm materials,respectively.2.Evaluation of breeding value of pepper inbred line:from 115 pepper materials,50 pepper materials were selected, including thin pepper, sweet pepper,cow-horn pepper and sharp pepper.Through the screening of pepper materials of fruit length, fruit width, fruit weight,Vc content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and color price this 7 important traits for membership degree analysis, and then the comprehensive ranking, can be roughly screening good comprehensive traits to conform to the goal of breeding material bell pepper,57 thin pepper,10 sweet pepper,20 cow-horn pepper,103 sharp pepper, for different types of pepper breeding work.3.DNA genetic diversity analysis:polymorphism of amplification results,in this experiment,290 bands were amplified by SSR primers screened out, including 288 more morphic bands, and polymorphism bands accounted for 99.31%of the total bands. The majority of polymorphic loci were 100%,and the minority was 50%,which was also the minimum value of polymorphism amplified by different primers of all materials. The average percentage of polymorphic loci was about 99.17%.Clustering analysis based on SSR labeling of pepper materials,at the distance of about 0.45,all pepper materials can be grouped into 8 categories:most of them are concentrated in category 2,category 5 and category 7,respectively including 29,29 and 37 germplasm materials.4.GWAS analysis of important traits of pepper fruit:GLM analysis was performed on 290 SSR polymorphism loci of 98 materials. In P<0.001,20 SSR sites were correlated with 6 agronomic and quality traits(fruit length, pulp thick, fruit weight,Vc,soluble protein content, soluble sugar content).
