Xinjiang has a vast grassland area and is also an important production and management base of animal husbandry in China.Grassland animal husbandry is the main economic source of ethnic minority herdsmen in Xinjiang and plays an important role in realizing the agricultural economic growth.However,the overall cultural level of minority herdsmen in Xinjiang is low,their ideology is conservative,and their weak ability to adapt to the market economy restricts the development of animal husbandry.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training of minority herdsmen.They play a leading role in agriculture and the rural economy.In this paper,the research object of this paper is the breeding large household among the leaders of rural practical talents,which is a new type of agricultural management subject.By combining theoretical research with empirical research,this paper first analyzes and summarizes the current situation of training of large farmers in Xinjiang;secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of training of large farmers in Xinjiang.In Sandaogou Village,Shawan County,two rural practical talent training bases in Wensu County investigated and interviewed large farmers from all over Xinjiang,and analyzed their training experience and training needs.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the training demand of the big breeding households,and finally finds out the problems that appear in the training of the big farmers,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.The results show that:(1)The large farmers in Xinjiang are mainly young and middle-aged men with Xinjiang,the level of education is low,the income level is not high;During the training,the farmers are most concerned about the training content;from the training time,the large farmers prefer the medium and short term training;On-site guidance and experience;from the training organization department,more favored agricultural vocational schools;from the content of training,the farmers would like to have the technology and knowledge to achieve short-term benefits.(2)There are many factors affecting the selection behavior of training demand among large farmers,in which the sex,age,size of aquaculture,annual income,number of participants and the cognitive degree of training effect are most significant.(3)There are some deficiencies in the training of minority farmers in Xinjiang,which are embodied in the low quality of cultural science and Technology of rural labor force,conservative ideology and the lack of training supply and demand;Bilingual "shortage of teachers,lack of teaching materials,lack of effective evaluation criteria."(4)According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening basic education in rural areas,supplying on demand,choosing suitable training plan for people and establishing scientific and effective training performance evaluation system for rural practical talents.
