In this project,five strawberry varieties were used as experimental materials,and high-quality virus-free strawberry seedlings were cultivated through the virus-free tissue culture test of strawberry micro-stem tips.Later,they were grown in elevated three-dimensional rapid propagation,substrate seedling bed propagation and soilless hydroponic cultivation Carry out the seedling experiment under three seedling methods,compare the seedling efficiency of ’Hongyan’ strawberry under the three seedling methods through data research,select the facilities with the best seedling efficiency,and then conduct seedling trials in the selected facilities to study different varieties The growth and reproduction of strawberry seedlings,breeding the varieties with the best seedling efficiency.the result shows:1.The quality of strawberry seedlings will affect the survival rate and seedling number of seedlings to a large extent.Most of the strawberry seedlings cultivated through traditional field seedlings carry viruses,which seriously affects the efficiency of strawberry seedlings.Strawberry micro-stem tip virus-free tissue culture test can effectively remove viruses in seedlings,and cultivate excellent strawberry seedlings,which will also be of great help to the subsequent production.2.There will be some differences in the efficiency of different seedling raising methods.The experiment proves that under the three methods of high-speed multiplication,high-speed multiplication of substrate bed and soilless hydroponic multiplication,the efficiency and water utilization of the high-speed multi-generation are the best.3.Due to the differences in the traits of different varieties,the growth of strawberry seedlings of different varieties under the elevated facility nursery system will be different.This test mainly focuses on the growth indicators of five strawberry varieties(plant height,stem thickness),Leaf area,leaf surface length,leaf surface width),the number of creeping stems and the number of seedlings breeding were analyzed and found that the ’Hongyan’ variety grows in elevated facilities and the seedling efficiency is better than the other four varieties. |
