| Due to its low cost,small toxic and side effects,easy availability,and significant effect on the target,Chinese herbal medicine has attracted more and more attention from the aquatic industry.However,due to the presence of cell walls in Chinese herbal medicine,the active ingredients cannot be fully utilized,which is not conducive to Chinese herbal medicine in aquatic products.Sustainable development of the industry.In this experiment,a compound Chinese herbal medicine containing Chinese herbal medicines such as Andrographis paniculata,Sophora flavescens,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Hedyotis diffusa,dandelion,gentian,etc.as main components was fermented,and the fermented product was added to the black glutinous diet to explore the fermentation.The effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on immunity,growth and antioxidant capacity of black carp,and the optimal application amount of fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine in black carp feed.The fermentation process of compound Chinese herbal medicine is based on Bacillus subtilis,Enterococcus faecalis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The orthogonal test method is used to study the fermentation content of the fermentation product,and the amount of fermentation bacteria and the amount of crude fiber are reduced.The optimal fermentation conditions of compound Chinese herbal medicines finally lead to the best culture conditions: the ratio of drug to material is 13:2,the amount of inoculation is 4%,and the fermentation time is 72 h.The dried fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine is added to the black carp feed.The G0,G1,G2,G3,and G4 groups were added with the fermented compound Chinese herbal medicines 0,3,4,5,and 5 Chinese herbal medicines.Four replicates per experimental group,25 black ticks per replicate,were sampled 56 days after culture.The results of the effects of fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine on black carp were as follows: Compared with the control group,the fertilization compound Chinese herbal medicine group could significantly increase the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of black carp（P<0.05）,and there was no significant difference between the compound Chinese herbal medicine group（P>0.05）;the fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine group could increase black The activity of amylase in the foregut is reduced,and the activity of pro-lipase is decreased.The amylase activity of the Chinese herbal medicine 3‰ group is the highest,and the lipase activity is the lowest.The fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine can significantly increase the activity of GSH-Px in serum,and G2,G3 and G4 can The activity of SOD in serum was significantly increased.The total cholesterol content in the compound Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly higher than that in the other four groups.The addition of compound fermented Chinese herbal medicine had no significant effect on serum ACP,AKP and T-AOC activities;G3 and G4 groups significantly increased the liver of black sputum.SOD activity,fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine had no significant effect on T-CHO,LZM,T-AOC and CAT in black liver.The ACP activity in G2 group was significantly higher than that in control group.There was no significant difference between other groups and control group.Fermentation compound Chinese herbal medicine group GSH-Px activity was higher than the other two groups;fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine could significantly reduce the MDA content of black spleen spleen,G2 group can reduce the maximum amount,black spleen CAT,T-AOC live There was no significant difference between groups.The AKP activity of the fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine group was lower than that of the control group.The total cholesterol T-CHO content of the G4 group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine group.The T-CHO of the fermentation compound Chinese herbal medicine group was not significantly different from the control group,and the G2 group GSH-Px activity was significantly higher than the other 4 groups.It can be seen from the above that the fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine can promote the growth of black carp,can significantly increase the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of black carp,and can enhance the immunity and antioxidant capacity of black carp.The effect of the fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine group was better than that of the compound Chinese herbal medicine group.The application of the 4 ‰ fermented compound Chinese herbal medicine had the best effect on the black peony. |
