Abstract/Summary:
Scientific evaluation of cultivated land is an important basis for realizing effective land control and implementation of land transfer and balance of cultivated land.The paper starts from the research on the connotation of cultivated land and the development requirements of cultivated land evaluation,and takes the comprehensive evaluation of the attributes of cultivated land,guarantees food security,and implements the applicability of evaluation results,and takes the quality and productivity of cultivated land as the research object,and systematically combs the cultivated land.Based on the existing theories,methods and indicator systems of the evaluation,the geo-detector was used to construct the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality and productivity,and a comprehensive evaluation of the cultivated land quality and cultivated land productivity in the study area was made.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Established evaluation system and method for cultivated land quality and cultivated land productivity in the study areaThrough the literature method to sort out the evaluation and development of cultivated land and the current demand for cultivated land protection,combined with the actual situation of cultivated land in the study area,the geo-detector model is used to initially select the cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation indicators,and the Delphi method can fully reflect the local cultivated land status.Weights;establish the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality from the four aspects of soil fertility level,farming conditions,health status and biological characteristics,based on climatic conditions,modify the natural conditions and technical level of cultivated land,and establish an evaluation index system for cultivated land productivity;By inheriting the method of grade-by-level correction in the evaluation of agricultural land classification,the topographical index,soil trait index and farming condition index are calculated by weighted summation method.The health status coefficient and biological characteristic coefficient are used as corrections,and the method of continuous product method is used to calculate.Cultivated land quality index;climatic conditions for the evaluation of cultivated land productivity,cultivated land natural quality coefficient and technical level coefficient as a revised calculation of cultivated land capacity index,scientific and comprehensive construction of cultivated land quality and capacity evaluation system and method.(2)Evaluation and analysis of cultivated land quality and productivity in the study area The cultivated land quality of Pingyang County was evaluated by the established cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation system.The results showed that the quality of cultivated land in Binyang County was mainly superior and good,and the southwest was slightly higher than the northeast.The land use patterns and soil health status were The main reason for the difference in the quality of cultivated land;the production capacity of cultivated land in Binyang County is mainly 6-12,etc.,and the overall distribution is high in the middle and low in the surrounding area.The flatness of the central town and the high management level are the production capacity of cultivated land.The main reason for the difference.The evaluation results show obvious regularity,which better reflects the actual situation of cultivated land in Binyang County.(3)Comparative verification of the scientific and rationality of the evaluation resultsThe evaluation results of this evaluation are compared with the evaluation results of the current agricultural land classification system to verify the scientific and rationality of the evaluation system.The results show that the spatial distribution of cultivated land and other evaluation results is basically the same.The cultivated land productivity index of Binyang County is significantly correlated with the national utilization,which reflects that the cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation system is better than the original cultivated land evaluation system.The cohesiveness and evaluation system are scientific and reasonable;the evaluation results are applied to the cultivated land upgrading project area.Before and after the project implementation,the cultivated land productivity in this evaluation has increased by 3-4,etc.,while the national evaluation system in the original evaluation system The improvement of 2,etc.reflects that the evaluation index system of cultivated land quality and cultivated land productivity can better reflect the effect of upgrading the cultivated land and provide better data support for the state to implement the policy of balancing the occupation and compensation,Reflects the rationality and applicability of the evaluation results.
