| China is a big country for citrus cultivation.However,most of the citrus gardens in China still use traditional manual management methods for irrigation,which is less efficient.Moreover,in the process of artificial irrigation,most of the fruit farmers irrigate according to personal experience.The irrigation method is not scientific enough,and sometimes the optimal demand for citrus growth may not be met.Some irrigation systems are not sufficiently intelligent,lacking automated management of orchard irrigation,or lack of intelligent interaction between irrigation systems and users.In this paper,citrus is used as an application object,and the citrus garden intelligent irrigation expert system is designed based on the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology.The Internet of Things technology is applied in the orchard to remotely monitor the real-time environmental information of the orchard through a wireless sensor network.The expert system makes decisions based on relevant factors to realize remote automatic control of the irrigation equipment switch.The artificial intelligence technology is applied to the orchard expert system,and the language text is trained by constructing the neural network to obtain the word vector of the language text.By matching the problem text vector input by the user and searching the relevant answer in the knowledge base,the automatic question answering function is realized.The auxiliary fruit farmers carry out the daily management of the orchard,improve the intelligence of the expert system and the interaction with the user,so that the expert knowledge can be fully utilized.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:It introduces the development status of Internet of Things technology and artificial intelligence technology and the related theoretical knowledge of technology,and provides theoretical basis for designing citrus irrigation expert system based on Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology.According to the actual situation of the mountain citrus orchard environment,designs the overall structure of the citrus orchard information collection system,finishes hardware design and software design for the information collection system,and then designs the orchard local area network and remote network connection,so as to makes the expert system get real-time information of mountain citrus orchard,such as humidity,illuminance and soil moisture and the release of irrigation instructions.The design of the expert system mainly includes the orchard environmental information and expert knowledge storage design,expert system function design,web design and so on.Among them,the functional system design includes four parts: real-time collection of orchard environment,local rainfall forecast of orchard,expert irrigation decision and expert question and answer smartly.The expert system makes irrigation mechanisms based on the real-time environmental information of the orchard,the water demand of the fruit trees in different months,and the rainfall forecast information,and can automatically answer or manually respond to questions input by the user.Relevant experiments were carried out for the orchard system,including wireless sensor network gateway and node construction,network packet loss rate test,the data accuracy test of information acquisition system and rainfall forecast and expert system irrigation strategy effect comparison experiment.The experimental results show that the highest packet loss rate of the node is 3.15%,the lowest packet loss rate is 1.11%,and the average packet loss rate is 1.85%.The network system signal is stable and the data transmission is reliable.The accuracy of sensor environment parameter data and weather forecast data are high,so it meets the needs of environmental monitoring of citrus garden expert system.In the contrast experiment of the expert system irrigation strategy,according to the irrigation methods of fruit trees in different seasons,real-time environmental information of the orchard and rainfall forecasting,etc.,the citrus can be irrigated in time and avoid the simultaneous irrigation and rainfall.To make the soil moisture content within a reasonable range and meet the needs of orchard production. |
