DA-6(diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate)is a new plant growth regulator can improve plant photosynthesis and the accumulation of carbohydrate,plant resistance and crop yield and quality,and the role of plants in promoting is more apparent when the light intensity relatively lower.In this experiment,we choice ‘Hongyan’(Fragaria×ananassa cv.Benihoppe)as the test materia,which is the most widely cultivated strawberry cultivar in Sichuan area,were cultured in pot and plastic house and foliar spraying the different concentrations of DA-6 was 0,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,30 mg/L and 40 mg/L.Research the relevant parameters,chlorophyll content,leaf area,SOD,POD and CAT activities of strawberry leaf;and yield,maturity and content of fruit,meanwhile combined with their correlation analysis,to study the effect of DA-6 on photosynthesis,antioxidant enzyme activity,fruit yield and quality of strawberry leaves.The following findings were obtained:1.High radiation loss and short light time in Sichuan Basin’s major winter strawberry producing areas,the main limiting the photosynthetic rate is non stomatal factors,lack of light will restrict the photosynthesis of strawberry and then affect its yield and quality.2.DA-6 can increase the content of chlorophyll in strawberry.The maximum effects of DA-6 concentration of 10 mg/L,20 mg/L,30 mg/L,and 40mg/L on chlorophyll were 21%,26%,33% and 40%respectively;Furthermore,The photosynthetic rate can also be improved by DA-6 to promoting the stomatal conductance of leaf and transpiration rate and increasing the leaf area.40 mg/L treatment is the best and its maximum photosynthetic rate is 89% higher than that of the control;DA-6 also affects the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in strawberry leaves in varying degrees.3.Spraying low concentration of DA-6 on the leaf surface after strawberry fruit setting can increase the single fruit weight and total yield of strawberry fruit,increase the content of soluble solids and anthocyanins,and decrease the content of total phenols and flavonoids.And it can lead to the fruit mature in advance14d~21d,however the 40mg/LDA-6 can delay ripening period of winter strawberry and extend the listing time.4.Use DA-6 again after 14 d interval,the effect of DA-6 on the growth of strawberry was superimposed,therefore,repeated spraying(13 ~ 15d)was used in the effective time of DA-6.5.In production,the DA-6 can be adjusted according to the growth period of the strawberry plant and the external environment.Comprehensive test results,10 mg/L was applied fruit setting with winter strawberry in plastic greenhouse in Sichuan Basin...
