Taking Lilium oriental cv.'Sorbonne' as the test material,the effects of supplemental light quality and durations of illumination on growth,physiological characteristics of Lilium orential.By the contrast with time of not replenishing light,the paper attempts to analyze the effect of light quality[red light(R),blue light(B),white light,(W),red and blue light(R:B=7:3,R:B=8:2,R:B=9:1)]and durations of illumination(4 h,6 h and 8 h)on the growth morphology index,photosynthetic pigment,antioxidant enzyme activity,photosynthetic parameters and flowering characteristics of Lilium oriental.The main results of the experiment are as follows:(1)The effect of supplemental light quality and durations of illumination on stem length and node interval of Lilium oriental is significant and the interaction effect is significant.The red and blue combination light of 7R/3B can effectively promote the growth of Lilium oriental,node interval and stem diameter of Lilium oriental under the condition of 8 h durations of illumination.The leaf area value and accumulative value of dry matter of Lilium oriental plant increases with the supplementary photoperiod under light quality and time of replenishing light,and the red and blue combination light(7R/3B 8R/2B and 9R/1B)has the best effect on leaf area growth and accumulation of dry matter of Liliu.m oriental plants under the condition of 8 h durations of illumination.(2)The interaction of two factors(light quality and durations of illumination)had significant effects on photosynthetic pigment content and antioxidant enzyme activity in leaves of Lilium oriental in which the red and blue combination light of 7R/3B could effectively increase the photosynthetic pigment content and antioxidant enzyme activity in leaves of Lilium oriental under the condition of 6 h and 8 h time of replenishing light.However,the single factor of durations of illumination has no significant effect on the content of renieratene in leaves of Lilium oriental.In addition,the content of MDA in leaves of Lilium oriental increases with the light treatment content in which the content of white light(W)treated with is not significantly increased,which indicates that the treatment of white light can delay the senescence of the lea'ves of Lilium oriental,(3)The photosynthetic parameters and flowering characteristics of Lilium oriental are significantly affected by light quality and durations of illumination,and there is a significant interaction effect between photosynthesis parameters and flowering characteristics of Lilium oriental.The red and blue combination light(7R/3B)has the best effect on photosynthetic parameters and flowering characteristics of Lilium oriental after 6 h treatment,while the photosynthetic parameters and flowering characteristics of Lilium oriental don't change significantly with the prolongation of time of replenishing light after 6 h durations of illumination,which shows that the photosynthesis process of Lilium oriental is closely related to differentiation of flower bud and flowering characteristics under the condition of replenishing light treatment.
