The effects of different nitrogen content and organic nitrogen ratio on the growth and development,physiological metabolism and yield and quality of tobacco leaf were studied in order to improve the aroma and aroma of the red tobacco in Jiaohe area of Jilin.The basis of rational fertilization.1.The accumulation of nutrients in the red tobacco increased with the growth of the growth period.The nitrogen consumption of 97.5 kg/hm2 could effectively promote the absorption and accumulation of potassium,calcium,magnesium and phosphorus in the harvest.The nitrogen accumulation in the tobacco plant increased with the increase of nitrogen application,and the nitrogen supply of the soil was most,but the excessive use of nitrogen would cause fertilizer.The utilization rate of nitrogen was decreased,and the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer was the highest when nitrogen dosage was 97.5 kg/hm2.2.Increasing nitrogen content could improve the activity of key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in the growth period of the red tobacco leaf,and promoted the carbon metabolism in the whole growth period,but nitrogen consumption was too high in the late growth stage of the tobacco plant,which was not conducive to the normal transformation of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and the normal yellow ripening of tobacco leaves.With the increase of nitrogen consumption,the production of red tobacco increased,but the high nitrogen consumption would result in the decline in the proportion of high grade tobacco,the average price and the output value,and the overall performance was that the economic character of 97.5kg/hm2 was the best.3.Increasing nitrogen fertilizer can obviously increase leaf length,Ye Kuan and single leaf weight and leaf weight,increase the total nitrogen and nicotine content,decrease the total sugar and reducing sugar content,and the lowest nitrogen content is 97.5 kg/hm2.The total amount of neutral aroma substances in the treated tobacco leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen application,but the high nitrogen consumption would lead to the decrease of aroma.The highest sensory quality in the middle leaves was 75kg/hm2,and the upper leaf sensory quality was 97.5 kg/hm2 with nitrogen.4.The application of high carbon base fertilizer could promote early growth of early growth of tobacco plant With the same nitrogen use,but the increase of leaf area in later period was not as good as that of bean cake.The leaf area of 300kg/hm2 treated with soybean cake was significantly higher than that of the application of inorganic fertilizer and high carbon base fertilizer.The effect of 750kg/hm2 treatment with high carbon base fertilizer on root volume,root fresh weight and root dry weight was the best,and the application of 300kg/hm2~600kg/hm2 treatment with decayed bean cake was more beneficial to the increase of root activity.5.Organic fertilizer could improve the content of chlorophyll and carotene,increase the content of the degradation products and increase the total amount of aroma substances.Compared with the control,the content of the secretion of glandular hair was significantly increased with the application of organic fertilizer,and the treatment of the upper leaves was higher than the Gao Tanji fertilizer treatment,but the difference between the treatments was not significant..The addition of organic manure significantly increased the content of neutral aroma substances in the red tobacco,and the effect of soybean cake was better than that of high carbon base fertilizer.The content of neutral fragrance increased with the increase of soybean cake or high carbon base fertilizer with the increase of its dosage,and the content of neutral aroma substances was the highest with the amount of 900kg/hm2 treated with soybean cake.The application of organic fertilizer could improve the aroma and aroma quality of upper leaves,and then improve the total score,and the effect of soybean cake on upper leaf sensory quality of the red tobacco was better than that of high carbon base fertilizer,and the quality of 600kg/hm2 tobacco leaves was the best.6.The application of organic fertilizer improved the yield and output value of the red tobacco compared with CK,,but the higher proportion of organic nitrogen would reduce the yield,the average price and the output value of tobacco,and the economic character of 300kg/hm2 was the best.In conclusion,the suitable amount of nitrogen fertilizer is 75~97.5kg/hm2,The suitable organic manure is decomposed bean cake and the proportion of organic nitrogen is 300kg/hm2~600kg/hm2 in medium fertility soil of Jiaohe Jilin,It is beneficial to promote the growth and development of tobacco plants,obtain higher yield and economic benefit and the best tobacco leaf quality.
