Study On Fertilization Technology Of Tobacco Leaf In Laifeng Cigar Of Hubei Province

In 2017,field test was carried out in enshi laifeng cigar planting base,hubei province.After sampling,quality analysis was carried out at the national tobacco cultivation physiological and biochemical research base of henan agricultural university.Experiment is divided into potash,phosphate fertilizer experiment magnesium fertilizer,and the fertilizer experiment of maifan stone four parts,to study different fertilizer proportion to the region cigar tobacco leaf chemical components and aroma substances,physical properties and the influence of quality and style.1.Effects of potash fertilizer on tobacco leaf qualityIncreasing potash fertilizer can increase the smoke surround Zhu Zhu height,stem,leaf number and maximum leaf length width,reduce nicotine and total nitrogen,alkali than potash fertilizer can increase the nitrogen and potassium chloride ratio,increase the content of ash,improve combustibility,improved the tobacco leaf weight and leaf weight,leaf equilibrium moisture content,thickness and tension,reduce tobacco leaf stem ratio.2.Effects of phosphate fertilizer on tobacco leaf qualityIncreasing phosphate fertilizer can promote the growth and development of tobacco plants in the field,especially in increasing plant height and leaf width.Phosphate fertilizer can increase the weight,thickness,tensile strength,balance water content of single leaf,reduce the stem rate of tobacco leaf,promote the total sugar accumulation,and increase the aroma components of tobacco leaf.The experimental results showed that when N:P:K= 1:2:2,the accumulation and absorption of Zn,K,Cl,total nitrogen and nicotine were significantly promoted in tobacco plants.3.Influence of magnesium fertilizer on tobacco leaf qualityIncreasing magnesium fertilizer can increase plant height and stem circumference.When the application amount of magnesium fertilizer exceeds 20kg/667m~2,it has no significant promoting effect on various agronomic characters of tobacco plants.Magnesium fertilizer can increase the content of P and Cl in tobacco leaves,reduce the content of K and the potassium and chlorine ratio of tobacco leaves,and promote the accumulation of nicotine and total nitrogen.It can significantly increase the weight,thickness,tensile strength,balanced water content of tobacco leaf,reduce the stem rate of tobacco leaf,improve the quality of tobacco leaf,increase the application of magnesium fertilizer can increase the grey whiteness and improve the combustion.When the dosage of magnesium fertilizer was 20kg/667m~2,the ash content of tobacco leaf was the highest.4.Effect of rice stone fertilizer on tobacco leaf qualityThe application of wheat and rice stone fertilizer can obviously improve the agronomic characters of cigar tobacco.The content of Cl,P,Zn,Mn,Na in tobacco leaf can be increased,K,Ca and Mg can be increased,and the potassium chlorine ratio can be increased.Promote the accumulation of aromatic substances in tobacco leaves;Increase ash content of tobacco leaf.The application of rice stone fertilizer can increase the weight,thickness,tensile strength,balanced water content of tobacco leaf,and reduce the stem rate of tobacco leaf.The fertilizer dosage of wheat and rice stone was 30kg/667m~2,and the tobacco leaf quality was the best.5.Based on the results of various studies:the following fertilization Suggestions were put forward for the cultiv ation of rafeng cigars: the local fertilization rate was suggested to be: N:P2O5:K2O=1:2:2.5～3;The recommended dosage of magnesium fertilizer is 20kg/667m2.It is recommended to apply wheat and rice stone fertilizer to improve the quality of local tobacco leaves.The dosage is 30kg/667m~2.
