| As one of the important auxiliary equipments of thermal power plant, the ability of maintenance management of coal conveying machinery is a key factor to guarantee the continuous coal supply in power plant.Wide distribution, poor working conditions, failure randomness and other characteristics make maintenance management of coal conveying machinery more complex, so study on condition-based maintenance based on SRCM for coal conveying machinery has an important significance.By application of the theory of SRCM, this paper analyzed failures on main coal conveying machinery and aimed at finding the weak link devices. With the controllable management and appropriate maintenance strategy taking on weak link failure, it is conducive to form condition-based maintenance management system of coal conveying machinery based on SRCM. With the collection of failure rate, failure modes, fault influence and fault reasons, making a FMEA analysis on ship-unloader and coal conveyor belt combined with risk matrix, and finding the high, medium and low risk component according to the degree of importance, while the high risk component was the key component. Paper established the fault tree of ship-unloader and coal conveyor belt and calculated minimal cut sets with FTA analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis, and found the basic fault event which effected top event at most, proposed improvement measures at the same time.According to the results of FMEA and FTA analysis, paper studied on decision-making strategy of maintenance method and detection cycle for condition-based maintenance. Taking a sudden failure of running ship unloader for example, used the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to choose the best maintenance program combined with safety, economy, reliability and maintainability. In the end, paper introduced common determinations of the condition-based detection cycle and calculated the best condition-based detection cycle of belt joints on coal conveyor belt according to actual operation data and maintenance data, which provides a scientific basis of decision making for the equipment manager. |
