In the intelligent building industry,the competition for product market share determines whether an enterprise can become one of the leading enterprises in the industry.Salespeople play a key role in opening the external market and promoting the company to occupy market share.As an intelligent building enterprise,JK intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.the internal incentive system of the company is not perfect,especially the salary scheme due to too fast development in the past,which leads to many negative problems,resulting in a weak sense of belonging,low satisfaction,high turnover rate and lack of excellent sales talents,affecting the sustainable development of the enterprise.Based on the above problems,this paper explores and formulates the salary optimization scheme of sales staff of JK intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.Through the preliminary research on the salary of salespeople,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,understand that there are some problems in the salary scheme,such as the lack of vitality of floating salary,different salary for the same post,the mismatch between pay and harvest,and the low comprehensive salary of excellent salespeople.So this paper try to find solutions to the above problems.The idea of the company for salary scheme is to understand the industry salary firstly,conduct industry research to find out the difference,clarify the salary scheme in combination with the characteristics of JK intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd,optimize the scheme by improving the comprehensive salary level,hierarchical target cash salary,salary matching,performance appraisal indicators and weights,quota allocation,performance range,commission and other dimensions,and finally do a good job in the guarantee after scheme optimization to ensure the formation of effective incentives.The optimized salary scheme can not only help JK intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.Improve the enterprise satisfaction and loyalty of employees,but also enhance the attraction of enterprises to excellent talents,so as to drive the sustainable development of enterprises and expand market share.It also has a good reference for peer enterprises to improve the salary scheme of salespeople. |
