The business environment is a rich soil that nourishes the development of enterprises and stimulates the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship.The country’s construction of a modern economic system and the promotion of high-quality development have put forward new requirements for further optimizing the business environment.The customer "Access to Electricity",that is,the whole process from the customer’s application for electricity,to the use of electricity,to the reliable power supply,reflects whether a favorable business environment has been created for the enterprise,and is incorporated into the business environment evaluation as a first-level indicator.The State Council has set up a coordination group to promote the transformation of government functions and the reform of "delegating power,regulating services",further deepening the reform of "delegating power,regulating services" and transforming government functions,promulgating a series of policies and measures,and making specific arrangements for optimizing the business environment.Starting from the enterprise attribute of DW’s power supply,this thesis analyzes the satisfaction degree of its customers in "getting power",and finds out the problems existing in the management of power consumption and the reliability of power supply.Focusing on the four elements of "time","link","cost" and "reliability" of electricity use involved in "obtaining electricity" for DW’s customers,fully combining the technology of digital and intelligent integration,and applying the theory of process reengineering to carry out the reengineering of related processes,put forward optimization strategies for customers to obtain electricity,including: applying face recognition technology,OCR,etc.to reshape the application process for electricity;applying "one picture" monitoring technology to rebuild the management and control process;applying early warning and supervision technology to improve work efficiency;applying electronic licenses Invoking and electronic signature signing technology allows customers to run less errands;introduce technology related to digital government data to superimpose power grid data to transform the grid planning process;build a smart grid,and introduce self-healing technology to make the grid side blackout zero perception;build an intelligent operation and maintenance system,introduce live electricity operation technology,improve the emergency repair management system,and improve the "power supply reliability".This paper uses the data-intelligence fusion technology to reengineer the relevant process for the current pain points,difficulties and blockage problems of customers in power companies,which has certain practical and theoretical significance. |
