| Different from imported energy storage units put into operation in the 1980 s and 1990 s,domestic energy storage units put into operation after 2000 have gradually entered a ten or even twenty-year overhaul period,which puts forward higher requirements for the maintenance of generator stators.In routine maintenance,generally only preventive maintenance is done,and large-scale maintenance of the stator is not easy.However,with the increase in the use time of the equipment,the life of the equipment has become increasingly prominent,and more and more stator defects need to be solved urgently.Moreover,such defects are generally difficult to deal with and require the joint efforts of manufacturers and owners to solve them.The main research content of this paper mainly includes:1.Describe the looseness defects of the stator bar ends,firstly introduce the defects,and secondly analyze the causes of the defects,i.e.,the loose ends of the bars,from the mechanical and electromagnetic aspects.Finally,a brief description of the method of dealing with defects.2.The general defects and corona defects of stator overhaul are explained.First,general defects are classified and discussed,and the general defect treatment methods are introduced respectively.Second,the corona defect optimization treatment is carried out a detailed and indepth introduction step by step.Finally Good test data after optimization of the anti-corona system.3.The breakdown defect of the stator bar is introduced.First,the test data of the bar at each stage is introduced.Secondly,the discovery and analysis of the bar on-site and after the factory dissection are introduced.The reasons that may cause the breakdown are eliminated.Method to find and analyze item by item.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the cause of breakdown is carried out,and the follow-up operation and maintenance strategy are proposed. |
