| The tile cat is a kind of town house object commonly found on the lintel or roof ridge of rural houses in some areas of Yunnan.It is mainly distributed in Kunming,Qujing,Chuxiong,Yuxi,Wenshan,Dali,Lijiang and other places in Yunnan.Due to the influence of factors such as environment and religious etiquette,it presents different regional characteristics;as the carrier of Yunnan ethnic and folk culture,it is a witness to the "live" change of Yunnan’s architectural structure.As an integral part of Yunnan ethnic culture,tile cat culture has rich historical value,cultural value and artistic value.In recent years,with social changes and changes in architectural structure,the living space for traditional tile cats in Yunnan has plummeted,and the demand for them has plummeted.Under this situation,Wang Ziqiang,a young man born in the 1990 s,combined the Yuxi blue and white elements with unique regional cultural characteristics with the tile cat culture in his artistic creation and practice,and created the new image of the tile cat "blue and white tile cat".It has become one of the important representatives of the new generation of tile cat production skills in Yunnan,and has made active efforts and practices to inherit and promote the unique local ethnic culture and production skills in Yunnan.This paper uses the method of literature research to sort out and summarize the basic situation and research status of Yunnan tile cats.Through on-the-spot visits and investigations,video records and materials were collected on the appearance,color,and production materials of the "blue and white tile cat".This paper summarizes the birth,artistic characteristics and contemporary value of Wang Ziqiang’s "blue and white tile cat" and its value and significance in the creative transformation and innovative development of local excellent ethnic culture.In the above,the problems existing in its development process are analyzed,and its development countermeasures and suggestions are discussed.The research results are of positive significance to promote and inherit the local excellent traditional ethnic culture in order to explore the effective realization path of the creative transformation and innovative development of the local excellent traditional ethnic culture. |
