Research On Landscape Planning And Design Of Seaport Industrial Wasteland ——Taking The Rizhao Shijiu Park As An Example

In recent years,with the rapid advancement of China’s urbanization process and the continuous expansion of the scope of the city,the suburban industrial ports built in the early stage of urban construction have been gradually classified into the central area of the city,and there is a conflict in the development space between the two.Industrial ports not only bring huge traffic pressure to the central area of the city,but also bring environmental problems to a certain extent,which deepens the contradiction between industrial ports and modern cities.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of urban development,solve the contradiction between the port and the city and improve the living environment,some port cities began to implement the port relocation strategy,give way to the development of the industrial port in the port city,and transform and upgrade the port industrial wasteland generated by the relocation through the method of landscape design,so as to realize the return of the sea to the people and harmonious development.Taking the landscape planning and design of industrial wasteland of seaport as the main starting point and through the method of literature review,This thesis summarizes the theoretical overview of landscape planning and design of harbor industrial wasteland and the research progress of the theoretical system and practice of landscape planning of industrial wasteland and harbor industrial wasteland at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical review,this thesis selects five representative relevant cases at home and abroad as research objects,including Xigang Garden in Qinhuangdao,Zhangjiakou industrial cultural theme Park,Zhongshan Qijiang Park,Copenhagen port Park in Denmark and Hunter Cape Seashore Park in the United States.Through case comparative analysis by means of online data retrieval and offline field investigation,The characteristics and reference significance of different cases in landscape design for site resource utilization,industrial element expression,cultural characteristics and other aspects are summarized,and from the four aspects of regeneration mode,design principle,design strategy and design method,this thesis summarizes a complete set of theories and methods of landscape planning and design of industrial wasteland in seaport,and gets two regeneration modes of Binhai Creative Industrial Park and landscape park;and five design principles: respecting regional principle,artistic principle,public participation principle,hydrophilicity principle and ecological sustainability principle;and four design strategies: highlighting regional characteristics,paying attention to the spirit of place,creating hydrophilic space and transforming to assist development;as well as four design methods: the protection and functional reconstruction of industrial architectural relics,the renewal and value reconstruction of industrial facility relics,the continuation and promotion of place historical memory,and the construction of ecological landscape characteristics and environmental restoration.Finally,according to the theory and method of landscape planning and design of industrial wasteland in seaport,the landscape planning and design of Shi Jiu Port Park is taken as an example for practical application.On the basis of fully respecting the characteristics of port industry,Shijiu Port Park transforms and regenerates all elements retained in the site,highlights the industrial symbols of the port,and improves the experience of the whole park landscape in combination with the coastal characteristic space.In terms of planning and layout,the site’s current characteristics and surrounding situation are comprehensively analyzed,with clarification of the design objectives and planning positioning.Shijiu Port Park forms a spatial layout of "one axis,one ring,four areas and multiple points" and is divided into four functional zones: industrial culture exhibition area,industrial heritage experience area,industrial theme vitality area and coastal leisure activity are.Major landscape nodes such as Jiu time culture exhibition wall,whistle contention,cabin tree array,gantry crane rock climbing wall,bridge crane paradise and port cabin camp are set up.In addition,detailed planning and design were carried out for various special projects such as abandoned relics,road traffic,vertical,pavement,plants,buildings and public service facilities of the site.By relying on the industrial and cultural characteristics of the port and the advantages of the coastal location conditions,it will eventually be built into an industrial theme coastal park integrating leisure and entertainment,cultural exhibition,historical experience,ecological coast and sightseeing.
