| The use of three-dimensional warehouse equipment can realize the high-level rationalization of warehouse, automatic access, easy operation, automatic threedimensional warehouse is the form of higher technical level at present. The automated three-dimensional warehouse is mainly composed of four parts: the shelf, the laneway stacker, the conveying system and the control system.Laneway stacker, relatively fixed is only three operating action direction, logic is relatively clear, easy to form standardized procedures.Compared with the laneway stacker, the conveying system in the automated three-dimensional warehouse system is difficult to be standardized due to the different layout, components and functions of the conveying system,so every project needs to be designed and programmed from scratch. The original conveying system program design of our company is based on Siemens s7-300 series PLC.The program design lacks standardization, and the program of all projects has little commonality, which increases the actual implementation period of the project. In recent years, with the upgrading of industrial controllers,s7-300/400 series products have been gradually replaced by s7-1500 series.Meanwhile, the original Step7 has been transformed into TIA software with higher compatibility and more powerful functions in the programming environment.Taking this as an opportunity, the conveying system was redesigned to maximize the standardization in programming design while standardizing the hardware.Especially for the more complicated motor action control in program control,it was separated from the process logic to make the program thinking clearer. In addition, the motor action control is integrated into the function block, and the motor action control is realized through the different definition of the input and output flags of the function block. After realizing the standardized design of the conveyor system program, repetitive programming work caused by subtle layout differences can be avoided.Greatly improve the field debugging cycle and work efficiency. |
