| Under the dual background of rural revitalization and new urbanization,studying the temporal and spatial characteristics of rural transformation development and land use transformation,clarifying the coupling relationship between rural transformation and land use transformation,and putting forward targeted and feasible rural development countermeasures and land regulation and control measures can stimulate the vitality of rural development,help to build a linkage bridge between urban and rural areas and consolidate the foundation of rural revitalization.With the rapid development of urbanization,rural areas in urban fringe have become an important carrier of urban space expansion and function allocation by virtue of their superior traffic location and resource endowment.They have been incorporated into the urban production and consumption system.Rural functions have been rapidly transformed and the land structure has been continuously adjusted,showing a diversified and vigorous development trend.This paper systematically combs and summarizes the relevant research progress and theoretical methods at home and abroad,and focuses on the analysis framework of rural transformation development and land use transformation in urban fringe from two aspects of process and coupling relationship.Select Huanglu town as a typical case for empirical analysis,build an evaluation index system from the three dimensions of economy,society and ecology,measure the rural comprehensive development index and transformation degree of Huanglu town from 2009 to 2020,and judge the characteristics of rural transformation and development through the mechanical balance model.The results show that the comprehensive development,economic development,ecological development and social development of each administrative village in Huanglu town show an increasing trend year by year,and the development trend is good;In different periods,the spatial differentiation of rural transformation degree is significant,and the rural economy,society and ecology have undergone obvious transformation,but the degree of transformation and development is different.There are weak points in rural transformation development,and a good and balanced transformation trend has not been formed as a whole.Deeply analyze the connotation of the concept of land use transformation,characterize the implicit form of land use with land use function,construct the "three life" land use function classification system,and use Arc GIS tool to calculate the change characteristics of land use function types in both quantitative form and spatial form in Huanglu town from 2009 to 2020.During the study period,the land use transformation characteristics of Huanglu town are obvious,showing the change characteristics of the contraction of living land and production land and the expansion of ecological land.The center of gravity of all kinds of land has shifted to varying degrees,and the land use change pattern among villages is significantly different;The comprehensive index of land use degree of administrative villages mostly decreased to the main change trend,and the land use transformed to the direction of intensive and economical.Explore the coupling relationship between rural transformation development and land use transformation in Huanglu town.The coupling degree between rural development and land use in Huanglu town has experienced the change characteristics of "low coupling level period-antagonistic period-running in period",and the coordination degree has experienced three change periods of "low coordination period-medium coordination period-transition period from medium coordination to high coordination".Combined with the characteristics of the coupling and coordination relationship between rural transformation development and land use transformation in Huanglu Town,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures from four aspects:strengthening government macro leadership,optimizing land use layout,promoting industrial transformation and development and protecting ecological environment,so as to guide and promote rural development.Figure [29] table [22] reference [133]... |
