Tied arch bridge is a combined system that combines the advantages of beam and arch.It has many advantages,such as large structural stiffness,large construction span and low requirements for foundation structure.It is widely used in modern bridge engineering.Construction monitoring is an important part of the process of bridge construction.It is an important means to provide technical measures for bridge construction and ensure the safety of bridge structure.The bridge structure will produce different types of errors in the construction process,and the lack of control may lead to the final completion state of the bridge deviating from the design requirements.Therefore,the elevation and stress errors in the bridge construction stage should be analyzed and controlled in time to provide technical points for the next process.For the bridge with complex structure system,in order to make the actual completed state of the bridge as close as to the ideal design state,the construction monitoring of the bridge must be carried out to obtain the expected internal force state and geometric alignment.This paper takes the Danhe bridge of Jincheng Danhe express line with 177 m main span,53.5m bridge width and two-way 8 lanes as the research background.Through the reasonable construction stage division of the through steel-concrete composite beam tied arch bridge,Midas civil finite element software is used to simulate and calculate the bridge in each construction stage.Combined with the stress monitoring,linear monitoring and cable force monitoring of each construction stage of the bridge structure,the influence of the measurement results of each stage on the subsequent construction and the application of the adjusted measures in the actual project are described in detail,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for Danhe bridge to reach the ideal design state in the completed state.Through the technical analysis of the construction monitoring of the bridge,the results show that: In order to ensure that the stress and alignment of the bridge remain within a reasonable range after the completion of the bridge,it is necessary to divide reasonably and simulate the construction stages of the through steel-concrete composite beam tied arch bridge through the finite element software,and provide the adjusted elevation,tensile stress and other technical parameters in each construction stage.This paper can provide referential technical methods for the construction monitoring of the same type of bridge projects.It is of a little significance to promote the development of bridge construction monitoring technology.
