Aiming at the domestic in-line explosion sequence and the demand of accelerating the improvement of the shock-plate detonator technology,this paper mainly studies the electrical explosion performance of the explosion foil as the detonating element.Firstly,the electric explosion process of the explosion foil is analyzed into three stages: the initial stage,the intrinsic explosion stage and the plasma.The mathematical form is used to describe how to apply the loop burst current and burst voltage to calculate the dynamic resistance of the explosion foil,and use the loop peak power and The energy utilization rate is used to represent the electrical explosion performance of the explosion foil.Using hardware circuit knowledge to complete the component selection and circuit layout and wiring of the explosion foil detonation circuit and FPGA control circuit,using high-voltage probes and Rogowski coils to collect and read the burst current and burst voltage,making Complete the prototype.The simulation found that the charging and discharging design of the hardware detonation circuit meets the detonation requirements of the detonation foil,the FPGA logic control signal runs correctly and the preset charging voltage of the system is adjustable,which meets the design requirements.The comparative research experiments of Cu,Al,Al-Cu three kinds of explosive foils under the same bridge size and different charging voltages,the same charging voltage and different bridge sizes were carried out,and the burst voltage,burst current,burst time,and peak time were recorded during the test.The change process of the isoelectric parameters is brought into the existing explosion foil electric explosion performance detection formula to calculate the circuit peak power and energy utilization rate of each explosion foil.The preferred options below.On the basis of the test data,combined with the electric explosion law of the actual explosion foil,the calculation formula of the metal electric explosion process is written in MATLAB software,and the loop inductance,initial resistance,loop capacitance,charging voltage,and bridge area size are used as variables to study their effects on each other in turn.The influence law of metal explosion foil further optimizes the hardware design of the system.Finally,the whole paper is summarized,and the relationship between the electrical explosion performance and the electrical parameters is obtained,and some deficiencies in the paper are put forward and prospected.
